What surprises me is that Endeavour and EcoSport were big sellers. Unlike Fiat and GM, they had good sales except for the Figo siblings. Being suv specialists, India surely could have been a defining market for them.

They messed up setting up factory in Sanad (Global model) for exports.. when chennai was not operating to fullest. Ecosport did not appeal to US market. Second one.. they dint cater to all segments. They also needed one Cheap WagonR type built for india model with mileage and cheap parts (Safety and build not required)

@@JL-wx6bz wagon r like car probably wouldn't have gone with their image. A midsize SUV and a new ecosport would have been enough. Or just a thoroughly modern redesign to the Figo family would have been a cherry on top

Brother i have to buy a used ecosport 2017 model price is around 3.8 lac and the engine is good everything is good but my concern is that will there be service problems nd are the parts expendive or unavailable ??? Please tell me service and spare parts mil rhe ki bhi

I'll bet on old Figo, . As for Fiesta you can get ( with some difficulty for specific spares). For Ikon, no chance.

Think of selling freestyle after five years, you won't get same experience in any car and resale value is 30% down

Upto you. You are already loosing a lot of resale in endeavour now. And since Ford has stated to provide after sales and reward warranties, I guess you should keep it.

Dont sell your suv. You will regret after you sell it. Spare parts will be available for a long time. They are still freely available for fiats and chevys.

Ford is definitely not the best.... No more bro.... let's not get emotional... I can bet you will regret going for Ford now....it will have a diminishing value every passing month and in the next five years all Ford vehicles in India will become a scrap. Don't blame the tinny tiny cars. Indian market is vast and there is fierce competition. If someone like tank like vehicles we have our very own TATA and Mahindra
