This video makes a lot of sense & we have a proof after one year. Brezza with its 1.5L NA 4 cylinder Petrol engine is the bestseller in its segment. Its beating every other car in its segment which only offers Turbo engines or underpowered 1.2 L NA engines. People are smart & avoid turbo petrol. Granted Brezza is not very peppy but its not underpowered like a 1.2L engine car. Most people do not want a car to race. Brezza has proven itself with right amount of power. We need more 1.5L NA Petrol engines in this segment of sub compact SUV.
Turbo engine are better than natural aspirations engine if you are driving gently. Don't have forget that turbo engine kicking on particular RPM. Milage depends on weight power reshio . Netural aspirated engine produce leaner power on the other hand torbo engine has far ahead after kicking. Look the difference ..... Breeza recommend fuel charges for 10 thousand kM . But Nexon needs 15 thousand kM . Breeza netural aspirated engine produce 102 bhp & 138 Nm tork with four cylinder. Nexon turbo engine produce 118 bhp & 170 Nm tork with Three cylinder. If you want power on highway journey than switch on turbo engine Proper care & regular maintenance required all kinds of engine....... I know a Nexon woners who drive over 2 lakh kilometre & there is no issue in his Car .
Can you please refer to the source of information while making this video? Not being critical here, I'm planning 1.5 MT Kushaq hence a little concerned and wana be double sure before putting my money on what seems like a fantastic engine - at least on paper
Brother i have to buy a used ecosport 2017 model price is around 3.8 lac and the engine is good everything is good but my concern is that will there be service problems nd are the parts expendive or unavailable ??? Please tell me service and spare parts mil rhe ki bhi
Hey, I randomly inquired from a few Europeans who had posted the 1.5 ACT engine videos & they said ACT has been there for quite a while & didn't give any problems. However, i tend to stay away from cars having tightly packed engine bays because of poor heat dissipation & complexity (Creta diesel etc.) Even for a Polo, i find there's too much complexity in the engine bay (especially battery wiring). Now I'm a person who takes extreme care of their vehicles and hence have chosen Toyota & other Japanese vehicles over the years. I'm not here to debate but as a car buyer I'm having very limited options coming down to Kia Seltos turbo petrol or Slavia 1.5 TSI. Somehow I'm not convinced with Kia/Hyundai turbocharged engines & they're not pioneers of performance engines. Your views on ACT might be true but considering the fact that it'll operate very less times, doesn't it translate to negligible long term wear & tear of the engine which is something that can be overlooked since all engines start to loose performance over the years? What i found out is that this 1.5 TSI is an iteration of the old 1.4 TSI which has been there for a lot of time & had same ACT. So this is something new for India but it's not otherwise a newly developed product. Generally, European cars are known to have higher maintenance but let's not forget they come loaded with very advanced tech (esp luxury segment) which distinguishes them from Honda or Suzuki. So the way I've seen it is that French cars have the worst reliability (debatable i know!) followed by Italian, Czech (Skoda but essentially a VW) & then German (most reliable). Seeing this 1.5 TSI engine widely used in almost all VW group cars Audi/Scala/Octavia/Fabia/Superb/Seat/T-Roc/Passat/Virtus/Slavia/Kushaq/Tiguan/Taigun & many others hints me that it is developed for large scale & not just one car model/brand & instills a sense of faith in me. VW itself claims this engine to be the key pillar of their brand & the best selling one in their whole line up. So, basically if the reliability issues were quite a thing in these we would see them covered widely just how we see with every other car brand every now & then. If A320's Pratt and Whitney engines have been in the limelight for their defects then this 1.5 ACT is something that can't remain hidden but yet there's hardly any bad reports of them despite being in production over a decade & now we have the most refined tune of them. I would still like to see how these engines perform in India because they were developed for use in Europe where these engines operate at way cooler temperatures than what we have in India (hence the weak AC). Their road conditions are different than ours (Autobahns, mostly highways & less congested roads) which stress engines less. Given proper maintenance & care this 1.5 TSI engine can last really long without any problems.
Bro volkswagan vento 2018 highline 36k km driven petrol quoating for 5.4 lakhs is it good deal for buying?its a petrol car but i searched car number in online it said it’s diesel why showing like this?
Exactly the video I was looking for. I get really angry when people recommend 4th gen Honda city for cheap and reliable service. Our 2018 honda city gets serviced every 6 months, and a minimum 12,000 rs bill WITHOUT ANY MAJOR FLUID CHANGE, and minimum 30k- 45k is spent on service per year alone. Our car has less than 20,000kms as well, not sure how much it's resale value is in Bangalore, because i saw a similar spec honda city for 8.69 lakh with 46k kms, and toyota showroom offered us 6.5 lakh, so buying another car for city commute is a hassle. If there is any 2020 amaze owner, please let me know the maintenance cost for the same
VW Vento/Rapid vs Honda City 4th Gen. Which one to buy as used (petrol MT version)? Getting both used at around same price and kms driven. Need peace of mind and reliability.
Hlo bhiya im buying a Honda city SV petrol manual registration year is 2018 but manufacture year is 2016 total car runs for 58000 kms , everything’s good I’ve checked it several times so what would be the suitable price for it. Owner asking 6.5 lakhs for it.??
I am planning to buy Renault Kiger 2023 RXZ manual which looks more better in terms of features, safety and performance as now even Traction control, Hill assist and Electronic stability program added in 2023 edition. But i have a confusion between RXZ MT and RXT(O) turbo. Should i go with RXT(O) with turbo engine or Should I be go with the RXZ MT non-turbo variant . what you suggest and why? and which is better in terms of long term? i will be having usability in city and on weekends outstations. This will be our primary car.
Hi, Skoda rapid 1.6L MPI style variant(top variant at that time) manual 2018 registered car with 55,000 odometer reading ..asking 5.7 lakhs..is it a good buy?
Every single car you’ve compared with toyota have stopped their production now. Well, that means reliabilty is what counts in indian market and not the bhp and torque numbers…
