Forever Lost (Dark Musical Song) 

I thought I'd try writing a song in the musical style. Still need a proper singer : )
The lyrics are from Alexander Pushkin's Poem, "In Vain I've Thought To Hide":
In vain I’ve thought to hide, O, my enchanting friend,
The roughly cheated heart’s indifferent agitation.
You’ve understood me well - it’s passing by - my passion,
My love is coming to its end . . .
And they’re forever lost - the hours of exultation,
The blessed time’s changed by one, the hard,
Extinguished all youthful intentions,
And hope died in my heart.
