Forza Horizon 4 Is SO GOOD 

The only thing I'm finding more shocking than realizing I watched over 22 minutes of RU-vid footage of someone talking about a Forza game, is that I felt compelled to comment on that RU-vid video just to voicelessly compliment it's producer on the quality of it. Amazing stuff; the writing, selected clips, presentation as a whole... It's perfect, and almost got me convinced I needed to pick up this game.

Kotaku review better than IGN

Most video game reviews ither pander to gamer sensibility, or push a corporate agenda of some kind. Tim Rogers weaves a warm and comforting cerebral/auditory experience reminiscent of a warm bowl of soup, in front of a fire, on a cold and rainy day. His "reviews" are awash with a level of intimacy that I dearly appreciate, and yet leave me feeling a bit voyeuristic due to the "private" and personal nature of his presentations. Suffice to say, "Thank you Tim for the slice of soul pie, it was both filling and enjoyable."

"I don't want to look like me in real life" Yeah, sure thing Tim. You're 40 and you look 20, I WANT TO LOOK LIKE YOU IN REAL LIFE!

This is the kind of hyperbole I’ve come to expect and crave. I had zero interest in the Forza series from the start. Tim Rogers has sold me on not only this game but also the Xbox One X to play it on... good thing I have holidays coming up in a month and a half.

As always fantastic video, I love the insight and the intersection of the reviewer's real world experiences with this game. Driving can be terrifying and many bad drivers don't respect the physics of the activity or don't understand the danger inherently involved. But I recently started driving for sport and it had given me an entirely new appreciation for the activity. I'm glad Tim Rogers was kind enough to share his experiences with life in this video and make it thoughtful and entertaining to boot. Happy he conquered his fear, hope he gets his dream car in real life :)

This has convinced me to buy this game. Unfortunately, I am not very smart, and I saw the "Ultimate Edition" and bought it. Unbeknownst to me, with the pre-order, I got four days early access. I just saw the download feature was available, so I downloaded it, then I saw I could play it. So I did. I have never played a Forza game in my life, and I also am not a fan of racing games. I only started playing it today, and I now have about 8 hours put into it. I didn't even stop to eat because I was having so much fun. It is such a great game, so much customization. The only concern I have is that I am not good enough to play against others online. I also want to try using the clutch, as it will add better control, but it will probably take a bit to get used to. Going back to the beginning of this comment, the only unfortunate part about me purchasing the Ultimate Edition is the fact that I am out $130 CAD, but in trade I got a really good game that looks like it has a lot of content, so it should entertain for quite a few hours. It runs very well on PC, and that makes me quite happy. It has't changed my mind about other racing games, but Tim Rogers changed my mind about this one, well, him and the actual amazing gameplay. Thank you Kotaku for posting this video review!

I can definitely relate on the Drivatar. I know a friend from Horizon 3 and when I played 4 I can see his name in almost half of the races. Sometimes in cars which I envied of getting. But only a few hours ago I learned that he graduated this year and is now in a busy job now and he didn’t buy the game yet. I don’t know, it’s kind of a mix between sadness and weirdness when I heard this. But when I went back to the game an hour later and drove through a speed camera, his record popped up. Guess that once you’re in horizon, you always come back.

I don’t know man. I’m a big FH fan , 60 hours in the first one , 80 hours in the second one , over 100 hours on the third one . But In FH4 still after 30 hours I didn’t connect . When online the game seems empty , without any traffic that is , offline is better but not much different than the previous ones . I don’t know , I’m happy that people like it , I’m happy it’s successful because I’m an Xbox fan and Xbox needed a win , but not for me .

When I watched Tim Rogers's Dragon Quest XI I had no idea he would be the one to review FH4. I should have known. Both games are about the sheer joy of gameplay and open world exploration.

Same experience here but on a potato pc, this game is so well optimised it looks amazing on everything. Forza Horizon 4 is amazing I never looked back at NFS again, I mean it was hard to look at Need For Speed now it hurt my eyes.

This was an amazing video and Tim is amazing. However, I’m betting you played this with an xbox controller and not a fancy steering wheel setup, therefore losing out on untold levels of further satisfaction and enjoyment that this game could have provided.

I recommend if you guys aren't sure about this game or racing games aren't really your thing and you have a Xbox, use the game pass free trial or just pay the $10 to try this game and decide then if you like it. I never liked racing games but this is a must play.

Easily the funniest videogame-related video I've watched this year

I’ve gone to a number of music festivals, and yes, they don’t hold a candle to a real gig. Sadly, I live in Australia and more often than not the only way to see bands I want to see is at a festival.

I have RU-vid Premium so I can watch obscene amounts of techie and Video game content commercial free and be able to listen to the content with my phone screen off. I’m giving this background info because I wanted to establish that I have watched thousands of hours of entertaining and quality content from the likes of Gameranx, Linus Tech Tips, Austin Evans, ACG, IGN, ReviewTechUSA, and many others, yet I can 100% confidently state, with absolute certainty, that this review was THE MOST Entertaining, eloquent, witty, educational, and thought provoking piece of content that I have EVER experienced on RU-vid. If this were a movie, it should win an Oscar for Best Picture, Director, Writer, and Cinematography, like Silence of the Lambs did in 1991. Outstanding job.

It seems that the 4th Forza is the best yet again just like Forza motorsport 4 was the best out of that franchise.
