What he did is incredibly difficult. Tremendous talent and rehearsals are what made Foster Brooks who he was. Blows my mind how convincing he was. Remember watching him with my dad. My dad would howl with laughter.
Whenever I'm feeling a little down I just watch some of these and it cheers me up so much. We were blessed with these wonderful people and I'm glad I saw these on TV when I was around 9. They stayed with me to this day and thanks to RU-vid we can enjoy them always
I wish I would’ve been around when this man was on stage to see him. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you to him and his family and all those people that are allowed him to make fools of themselves because it makes our world a better place. God bless this is what life’s about it having fun.
How could anyone vote this down? Foster Brooks was a marvelous, rare talent, who got everyone laughing their butts off! I love watching him; I'm sad that I never got to meet him. May God rest his dear soul. :-)
@@renoraider9817 Yes - the Liberals of today seem to ruin everything with their looney, insane demands, etc. They're the most intolerant people who scream about wanting "tolerance and diversity", and have NO sense of humor unless it's something very vulgar against some group they don't like (which really are in the majority compared to them).
I remember these and they always made me laugh. Seeing all the familiar faces and trying, and mostly remembering who they all were is a blast from the past they say. Anyone remember who the red head at 1:39 was? She looks so familiar but I can't come up with the name.
@@wolfhors3_660 I believe the red h you're enquiring about is Juliet Prause (forgive me if I can misspelled the last name) I remember she was a dancer who did a Legg's pantie hoes commercial.
Fox back then... zStunner back then??? She’ll ALWAYS be one of the most GORGEOUS women in Hollywood👀 Her beauty was all natural... No Botox and bust augmentation😖 Her gams we’re gorgeous!!!
seen all you have on here. now I don't know what to watch. thank you for posting these. I saw most of them on TV when they first came out. I ended up buying Brookes lp so I could laugh some more.

@@jenniferhunter2274 : That's why "alworkedup" said "supposedly". But in fact, Foster Brooks *_did_* drink -- in fact he once had a drinking problem -- but is said to have given up alcohol in 1964 on a $10 bet.
I wonder what he'd done to his leg that caused him to limp like that? At first I thought it was a gag, but when Dean had to help him back to his seat I realised it was genuine.
I remember back in those days, I never drank at all but would have to take painkillers whenever I broke a bone..............That's why I kept a hammer in my back pocket.
At 2:44 -- Eve Arden. She played in the TV show "Our Miss Brooks" in the 1950s. I wonder if that was one reason she was selected for this particular show? Foster Brooks/Our Miss Brooks? Hmmmmm. (She also played the principal in Grease and Grease 2.)
Wow Angie Dickinson got roasted! When did this happen! Never knew about show before till first saw Muhammad Ali got roasted, now I just can't get enough roasted! 😂

THIS IS #MAGA COUNTRY Actually, it was both. The 1st lady in the sparkly gold dress was Juliette Prowse, followed immediately by Charlie Callas in the grey wig and black scarf around his neck. Juliette was at one time engaged to Frank Sinatra.
