Because of my PCV -10 AN bung placement on the valve covers. The stock bracket would work. Only fix is to make on. On this video we make a custom throttle cable bracket!
Some will be short some longer. Its much easier for me to make more content with shorter videos (obviously). Long ones take longer to edit, upload, store, etc...That and RU-vid show that like only 11% of watchtime on most of my videos lol.
Great video and fabrication! Have you ever considered using the smog pump hooked into your valve cover fittings to help evacuate your crankcase? If you can pull a vacuum on the crankcase with it, it helps ring and crankcase gasket sealing and is supposed to be good for a few more HP too.
Yeah you could do that but then would have to drill out the threads on the TFS EGR delete plate. Either way would work. I wish I had some nice black allen bolts too help hide it.
Great work Mike! Boy the Fox is going to be real fun to drive! It is a totally different car from the one u bought. I see the Torino over there with a pout on it's grille. Are u still possibly putting a 460 in it?
Hahaha yeah. Its pissed at me. I took it out this weekend. Fun cool car, miss it. Its next for sure, I'd love to boost it as well, but it deserves a big stroke 460 IMO. So yes, it will be next once Mustang is on the road again.
Good question. The Trick flow I believe was 5/16, looks like a standard thread bolt. I know the threads on the TFS plate was different than stock. Stock looks to be a metric bolt.
Man i want to say like 5/8? I honestly cant recall, measured the plug and got the closest size to it. This one i had to compress off the car before sticking it in to give it tension in the hole, and compressing it all the way after. Its not coming out i know that and is easily removable
HOUSE OF DULA naa im saying can i drive it with no intake filter i bought it with out one but i could only fit a tiny air filter to fit and ran it like that i wana take it off and put a screen on it but duno if thats healthy for the car
@@badboyjf19851 - Gotcha. Yeah Im running a screen now. Have both, a filter and a screen. I just think it depends, if you drive daily, conditions etc.. since it is the intake to you motor, Id run a filter especially if you live in a dusty area just to help keep oil clean and from scoring the cylinder walls from . But run a screen when at track, or just want the extra oomph. I just plan to run filter if Im on a raod trip or air is windy / dusty. Otherwise screen will just stay on it.
