I have a lateral ankle sprain that I've been dealing with for almost 2 years. I found out that my ankle is super loose and that there is a very good chance that I tore my CFL ligament. I was doing PT for almost a year and it didn't get better. So because of that I am needing to have surgery this Friday which is April 26.

If you're talking about nfl football you need to specify just as if you were talking about beach football otherwise everyone's going to assume it's football unless you're american. I did not notice it during the match. This looks really embarrassing for De Jong. Like cmon man, you are paid millions and your ligaments / body is so weak that ball causes such a injury.. Embarrassing really. Unreal. SMH
