TJ Hockenson suffered a knee injury against the Detroit Lions and at the time there was negative speculation as to the injury. It was confirmed that TJ Hockenson is dealing with an ACL and MCL tear and will miss the remainder of the season. In this video I explain TJ Hockenson's ACL and MCL tears as well as what he should expect moving forward.

Thank you for the video. My son just tore is ACL playing high school football. His was non-contact, on turf. Crazy thing was, after his initial injury, he was still able to jump and run, but he said it didn't feel stable. He just had surgery 2 weeks ago and is slowly recovering. Tomorrow he begins his physical therapy. I'm hoping he makes a full recovery and returns to playing sports.

The lions were aiming at his knees with their helmets, I saw it on quite a few plays!!!

That's because if you hit someone high you risk a personal foul for helmet to helmet. The NFL is causing more lower body injuries because of their helmet to helmet rules 😊

So I have a question I ruptured my patella tendon about 10 months ago and I'm starting to play a little more for sports but I'm trying to look for a knee brace for it but I don't really know what brace I need

Oh darn......the Vikings just getting hit over and over again In the game that their rookie back-up, Hall suffered a concussion, the back-up to the back-up, Cam Akers, also suffered a torn Achilles. 😵
