Ran Colfax this weekend coming from Kentucky, the altitude didn’t get me until after the race when my stomach rejected everything. Very impressed with how you mountain run like it’s nothing.

2nd quarter has probably been my most challenging running quarter to date. (In still only 4 years in) ramping up for a marathon in two weeks from today and it’s been extremely hot and humid where I live and it makes it quite difficult. Did 20 miles today and felt ok. Hope I’m ready in two weeks.

Awesome scenery Seth, really good to see Seth back doing some fast trail running, congrats on the FKT my 2nd half has gone better than the first half, got injured jan 27 sore knee, slowly getting better, I did a FKT last year on a segment where I run up the trig here, but I noticed someone has lately beat my time ✅🏃🏽‍♂️🌲👊🏼✅👣🥳

I keep seeing you run 9 minute miles for a bunch of your runs on strava. I understand that you are doing easy, but at your level and volume is it not too easy? I am just wondering, because I am curious about the gains from running so easy. For someone who may get 20-30 miles a week, then comparing to your easy days they might be walking.
