Had to do the same thing on my Polaris Ranger. I was shocked by how many bushings there were on it front and rear. But, boy what a difference it made. Good video.
Thanks, great video and to the point !! Waiting for my bushings to come in tomorrow and will be doing the back and front on my 2009 club car carryall 252. Mine are just like yours were....metal on metal, no bushings left. the one for the engine , that they call a Snubber, to help for the vibration , was not even there, so ordered one of those also.
I bought a 2018 club car President the front has a 3.5” or 4” left all bushing are good put a different left spring on and can’t wheels flat on ground. Not happy with this suspension Has 12” new tires.
I have a 2010 Club Car DS that I just put a money into full Navitas 5kw 600a AC kit, Curtis 49v solenoid, 48v lithium 110ah battery and I have been wondering if I should replace the front leaf spring as well. I have one of those small space 1” blocks in the front and I’m not so happy with it. It shakes taking corners at modest speeds.
Will this be the same on the electric version? My grandpa is 73 and thinks it's ruined forever and I know nothing about them but wanna try and fix it for him
He mentioned that the cost was the same basically from buying a new a arm assembly or bushing kit. He went with the a arm assembly because the work is done and it looks better. Either way it looks good.
what if I reset the camber AND the toe-in correctly & drive it a minute then its off again, way off is it possible front bushings could make it THAT unstable?
Thank you for your video for very informative but above the Boston instead of the whole arm and then send me the silicone bushing what a pain in the ass to put them on next time I take your advice by the arm with the bushing I would have been done long time ago my job be finished tomorrow I give up today
