Frank- “Your license is suspended, you have no insurance, your registration is expired, you’re 30 miles per hour over the speed limit, your license plate is flapping in the breeze, you’re not wearing your seat belt, you’re high as a kite, you have drugs in the car, and you have a warrant.” Idiot- “so why are you arresting me?” Frank- “*sigh*”
When backup walked up to help I had a sigh of relief for you. That guy melted as well he should. He still tried being mouthy, but it went down well. Purse, the inflection isn't lost.
I love it when Deputy Frank cites them and tells them when they collect enough of them, they can trade them in for a bicycle. This guy hit it in one stop.
To be fair he did own up to it in the last 10 seconds of the video by saying “I know I’m 100% in the wrong.” I think he was more concerned about his car getting towed than anything.
@@AbsalonWhiteJr.The only reason why he admitted that he was 100% in the wrong is because he got caught and was going to jail. Had he not been stopped and arrested do you think he would have considered his wrongdoings?
@@AbsalonWhiteJr. Don't excuse these pieces of chit. You also wanna go down and tongue wipe that crusty butt of HIS, sprinkle on some Johnsons baby powder, then scream and gnash teeth demanding immediate release? Go for it-enjoy.
@@ChrisMFlorida yep, but THAT is Gen Z for you. unbelievable how whiny and entitled this generation is. Simply UNbelievable. 😂 - what did he think was gonna happen? Speeding, no license, a warrant? What on earth is he expecting. And then reacting dramatically, as if a police officer has to be warm and fuzzy with him. That's the result of pampering and endulging in this generation's entitlement. Jesus
Jabbering away AND making entitled demands about what Frank has to do about the phone, etc.. That decisive door closing was therapeutic after watching other channels and their badge cam videos of letting suspect(s) continually scream commands at officers.
Today’s Friday with Frank Lesson: Don’t drive 27 miles over the speed limit with a suspended license, suspended registration, and no insurance with weed and alcohol in the car when there is also a warrant for your arrest.
But what if you just reeeaally need to get to the red light before everyone else? And at the same time, what if it's everyone else's fault that you slept in and are currently late?
@@llandy123 As a foreman years ago, I dealt with this on the regular. Guys would be late for work when they lived 10 minutes from the shop. Now I’m not saying a couple minutes late. I’m talking 30 to 45 minutes late. Annnd then wonder why their hours were cut. Thankfully, I am currently retired.
@@jcalpha2717Same with me. Had a guy 15 minutes late when his shift started at 8 am, so I switched to 8:40, still was 15 minutes late. Switched again to 9 am, STILL 15 minutes late EVERY DAY! Terminated him after that.
Dude is told to get out of the car & that the car will be towed and he's like, "Are you serious? I'm already an hour late for work!" Join us in reality, please. Then when arrested he whines about that. That person should NEVER drive.
"Why didnt you tell me I was under arrest before I got out of the car so I could prepare to violently resist arrest and/or flee and elude the traffic stop"
I'm sorry, but the way he was built, he couldn't hurt a fly. Frank could pick him up with one arm and throw him in the back of the squad car if he so chose to.
They phrased it as a question you inconsiderate ass. I hope there's a camera following you when you make a poor choice, which you inevitably will because you are human, just like the individual in this video. So glad I moved away from Maricopa.
It never ceases to amaze me how you drive and speed way over the limit knowing you don't have a license and then you blame the cop for being arrested. You just can't fix stupid.
Exactly. If I was driving on a suspended license, had an outstanding warrant, no insurance, drugs in the car and all the rest, I'd be the safest damn driver on the road. I see epic stupidity like this all the time on the cop shows. He may as well have hung a sign on the back window saying "Pull Me Over".
@@nsxdarin It's a fact. ... Major Police corruption Channels have done full episodes of your coward criminal Frank being on the Brady list, supported by the facts.
the violin background music was very strange and misplaced at first, but then the tears came and everything fell into place. Fridays with Frank needs a daytime Emmy.
Generation "no matter what I do, I never have to face the consequences" was mixed with generation "I call mom, she'll take care of everything." That was fatal. 😂
@@markrubithis is about taking responsibility for your actions. Man baby orange sphincter is a spoiled rich kid who has never taken responsibility for his actions. You are are disgusting. Captain bone spurs did not go to Vietnam because he’s a big cry baby who had daddy get him out of the draft. He lost the popular vote in 2016 and 2020 and refused to take responsibility for being a loser. You are a pathetic loser. Typical loser.
I saw a great one awhile back where a officer was doing a field sobriety test and was to the point of cuffing the gal. Told her “for the next test I need you to put your hands behind your back, thumbs down like you are skiing and count backwards from 100.” She proudly goes on to do it and by the time she’s at 97 clink and she’s in total disbelief 😂
The point in handcuffing a subject is to do it "quickly. and before the subject can "THINK" about resisting , ... That way it shouldn't "escalate" into a physical confrontation !!
He didn't know he was getting arrested when he was asked to stop out of the car? Not only did I know he was getting arrested but I also knew that car was getting towed. Good work deputy
He knew, but he she it or whatever reads too much leftist Google lawyer nonsense and thinks if the police don’t tell you before that it’s like landing on free parking in monopoly.
I've only been asked to step out once, and I definitely realized that I was in some more serious trouble at that point. 😂 Ended up cooperating at that point and getting some expensive tickets but allowed to drive away that day yet, but I wasn't already as upside down as that dude.
Right there is the problem.... all through his life his parents have been enabling him to do whatever he wanted. Now in the real world he finds out there are consequences to his entitled behaviour and when there is no sympathy from anyone his world view just falls apart.
Is him possibly being gay a problem???? Like he’s getting what he deserves for speeding and drugs but the fact that yall are bashing him for being possibly gay is insane
According to Arizona Revised Statutes, wearing skinny jeans is a class 3 felony. The designer purse bumps it to class 2. I'm going to bet he works at a dispensary.
From Texas, I did a 9 month project in Pinal county and the speeding there is a problem (guilty myself). Its easy to speed, you loose perception cause its such a wide open space. Cruise control was my best friend. I love the heck out of Frank, he seems fair and tries to deescalate the situation. If you hear Franks voice drop an octave, he's not asking anymore. We need longer videos and maybe Tuesdays and Fridays with Frank. This is the closest I get to the show "COPS" which I loved growing up :)
Dep. Sloup and a few others from PCSD were on Live PD before all the cop shows got taken off the air. FYI COPS is back on. New episodes on Fox Business Channel
I have a new fav episode. We hit the Fridays with Frank Bingo today; An arrest, entitlement, Frank sass, Frank authority voice and suspect freaking out. Gold for us. Thank you as always Frank!
He was seeing red flags when the driver hesitated/paused when he asked him to get out of the car. The protesting about what order he was told of his suspension and warrants (which he already knew) was laughable.
@pete8516, WTH are you talking about. Deputy Frank is on the Brady list. He’s a BAD cop. JK. The Brady list means absolutely nothing. I love this deputy. I wish the USA was full of Deputy Frank’s. Before long, you’ll get a reply from some “problem with authority” type like the way mine started, though.
Exactly. The best thing is to not take a person's traffic violation personally. It happens all the time, and it will continue to happen. The officer/deputy gets paid to seek out and hold these people accountable. No reason for him to get angry, etc.
There is just something about Frank. He is so friendly and cordial, but when his voices drops and he says” I’ve asked you nicely to get out of the car 2times” you know your in trouble!😂👍
Absolute classic dad voice. I don't know if Frank has kids, but he definitely has a strong dad voice, and that was him breaking it out. Great way to stop things escalating!
Exactly out of all body cams and videos I’ve seen of law enforcement, frank must be the nicest LEO I’ve seen, but also the most No Nonsense LEO I’ve seen also lol it’s hard to explain
I love how during the conversation he's arguing none stop & F this & F that. Then at the very end Deputy Sloap is talking about impairment & he said I know I'm 100% in the wrong. Well duh. If you were 100% in the right you wouldn't be handcuffed in the back of a sheriff's Tahoe.
Part of me watching these videos, besides the entertainment of it, is realizing how messed up other drivers are on the road that I'm driving on. Regardless of the state I'm in, AZ, MA, NH, etc. Thanks for being a guardian of the people, Frank!
I have a Police Patch to send you from Scotland - found it today while cleaning my office. I also spoke about Friday’s with Frank with my co-worker based in AZ and she said she is glad she lives far enough away from Pinal County 😂😂😂😂
You’re a fantastic teacher for using Frank’s videos as a teaching tool for safe, responsible driving L, as well as learning the rules of the road. I’m sure it also teaches them to hold themselves accountable for their actions and to be respectful to LEOs and other people. You get an *A+!* ☺️ Awesome job!
Thank You Deputy Sloup for keeping us all safe out here on the byways and highways of this Great Nation of ours! ( Protect and Serve) Thank You so much for your Service!
These people kill me,and I applaud thr Deputy as always for his professionalism. Even when you can tell he is getting frustrated, he is still working to be polite. Great job Frank !
The fun thing is they actually might kill you while driving that fast and this idiot would 100% drive off and not take any responsibility for his actions.
@@THRASHMETALFUNRIFFS Nope, I know how to drive a manual transmission at 14, and knew all the regs when I got my license at 16. I never blocked traffic through incompetence or otherwise, and I've always used my turn signals and stopped at limit lines, etc. I also rode motorcycles for 30 years and didn't cause any accidents or trouble on that, either. As John Milner in American Graffiti said, "Driving is serious business". If you're incompetent or not confident in your own skills enough to drive properly and safely, then you don't belong on the road. ("you" and "you're" being the general, not specific here...)

I had the greatest fear instilled in me at my local DMV when registering after moving to FL from NJ - I was told my car would be impounded for not having insurance and I NEVER forgot that! This driver was one serious risk-taker. He judged poorly.
Well, there was another yt vid of (not DepFrank) a traffic stop on the tracks and a lady in the vehicle got hit by the train, long into the stop. It was nightmarish.
Thank you, Frank, for sharing people’s morning coffee with them all over the world via RU-vid. Your traffic stops benefit the driving behaviors of multitudes of drivers, not just that of the people you personally encounter. You also present a stunning example of how to interact with others under trying circumstances. Your videos far surpass mere entertainment. Thank you and God bless you and keep you safe.
Ouffffffffff -Crim speed 77 in a 50 -Drive while suspended -Drive with suspended plate -Drive without insurance -Warrant out for reckless driving -Potential impaired driving Most people do NONE of these. Some people do ONE of these. Not many do ALL of these, LOL.
What gets me is they know they have all these things against them yet they still draw attention to themselves. In the words of Chris Farley, “Stupid Stupid Stupid”!!!!!
We need more officers like Frank here around Portland, Oregon. Ever since the pandemic, folks are driving 75 or 80 mph in 50/55 mph zones, passing left and right. It's utterly annoying and dangerous, too!
No. Need less officers like Frank. Do a little research and you will find that he's on the Brady list, been "released" from several departments due to conduct complaints, and has been\is subject to several lawsuits due to his actions.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You! This is the best start to my day. No nonsense. He? has many violations and a warrant from a violation. No trying to let him get by with anything. Arrest him and tow the car. DONE! Hope it results in jail time. Thank You Frank.
As soon as he started crying I knew drugs were involved. The fact that he asked why his car was being towed was hilarious. Loved when Frank closed the car door in his face while he was rambling on. This was a great episode. Thanks, guys!
This Police Officer is the best! Every time I watch him, he is so friendly even when these criminals are acting like snot nosed babies. Keep being you Officer Frank. One hell of a job.
@@comfortablynumb4491 True. Though as always he makes sure his back up, the Transporting Deputy is on site first. Irony is I saw that Guy at Gas station on Monday and saw "Frank" stop someone in front of the School. These are the 2 roads where most these Videos take place and I usually see him out and about 2-3 times a month now
Frank is the lowest form of worm dirt. Aggressive, condescending, and just a bad human. He needs another vocation where he is not in authority. A bunch of videos support this claim. I agree that this stop seems justified, but too many time he tramples on peoples dignity and acts like a grade school kid. TYRANT!
@@bruhstandlerso many people don’t know that he was fired for faking the date on arrest records. That’s why he had to move to pinal country because their sherif is way more lenient. Too lenient actually, considering the sheriff’s son is an alcoholic with a DUI on record.
@bruhstandler blah blah blah..... The Brady list is an absolute joke, and if you actually took time to look into it you would realize that especially when it comes to frank. But I understand idiots like you have to use anything they can as a form of copium, because you hate all law enforcement. Because unlike your parents they hold you to a standard
