When more than one virgin queen bee hatches, they will also fight to the death until only one remains alive, after which she will embark on her nuptial flight. i know this is a bit late but here's a possible reference you missed. there's a blind prophet in the epic "The Odyssey" that warns Odysseus to not eat the sun god's cattle or else he'll never reach his homeland. Not only is sollux a blind prophet too, but this is also similar to how sollux warns karkat to not activate the virus. Not to mention both stories end with the opposite effect.

Since the others were talking to Karkat about his (KK’s) relationship with Gamzee, it would make MUCH more sense if Sollux was asking Karkat whether he was flushed or caliginous for Gamzee, and didn’t realize he was talking to Cal.

Anyway, since the next few Fridgestuck episodes will be big productions, I'm taking August off to write, film and edit them so there will be videos during my next semester. I don't plan to be AFK all summer though! I plan on doing smaller projects, but I make no promises. Summer semesters are no joke!

I just want to know how the fuck he manages to die 3 times and manage to survive as not one, but two independently distinct entities. He dies once due the vaste glub in his waking form, dies in his prospit self at the hands of jack, and dies piloting the ship through the furthest ring. And yet he lives on as both aerosolsprite, and half dead sollux. And the thing is that due to aerosolsprite existing he isnt even half dead anymore. I know that john retconned his (aerosols) existence but since the dream bubbles arnt affected that means that sollux dies 3 times and is still alive.

Since Mituna and Kurloz are (or was idk) Morails, it could correspond to Sollux having mixed feelings for Gamzee. Since Gamzee already has a Morail (Karkat), Sollux can't go that route like Mituna did. Gamzee also has a Kismesis (Terezi), but no Matesprit. This means he can't be an Auspistice (since Kanaya is automatically everyones Auspistice). That leaves Sollux with no way to express his feelings, so he's confused. Of course, Sollux has a Matesprit, and Eridan had pitch feelings for him at one point. In canon, Sollux has the most love interests and the most trolls want to be with him. In the end: *clears throat* No one can resist a man with 2 dicks.

I actually believe the whole "The 2 ascended dream solluxes have to duke it out to the death" thing. Why? Sollux has a big connection with bees. When a queen bee of a hive dies, worker bees scramble to prepare new queen bee larvae. This can sometimes result in multiple queen larvae hatching in close proximity. When this happens, the queens duke it out to the death and kill any unhatched queen larvae.

sollux is also called a mutant by himself and also karkat, further connecting him to the tumor, which some characters in story specualate to be mutation specific to their session(the a1 trolls also had "a bomb", but it was never cofirmed to be another tumor, and even if it was, that session was ALSO "glitched as confirmed by scratch) sollux color being gold may be why the condesce wanted him other than for his powers, since meenah was also obsessed with riches and gold. his lisp also comes from having DOUBLE the number of fangs in his mouth finally, while agree with the view that the mage is the active understanding class, I do think your definition is plausible( there's actually some possible overlap, but I only have so much time and willingness to write about this). on the doom aspect, i dont think you got it right, neither with it meaning death nor self-sacrifice. death is usually ascribed as meaning to both doom nd time, which i take to mean "limitations" and "progression", respectively, opposing life and space, i.e.: "growth" and "(criative) potential". life is the ability to grow and create, to surpass limits, but there's only so much one can do, and that's where doom comes in, and sacrifice is born of the interaction of the two(and indeed, of the interaction of any two pairs). if the mages inverse is the heir(IM NOT BKEW) of life, then it would make sense that sollux is so LIVELY despite being DOOMED so often. on space time, space is a canvas that is meant to be filled, akin to void, but while void is meant to be illuminated by light, thus tempering uncertainty with kniwledge, space is changed by time, tempering the presence, and the things ARE, with possibility of adaptation, growth, the things that were and will/can come to be. see how every aspect is connected to every other? you need to think of it as a loop, which is hard because we think linearly. homestuck is one big self referenece of all things including itself. anyway, sollux. he uhhh is immortal probably? i forgot what i was talking about.

These Fridgestuck videos are one of the best things on RU-vid. Considering the fact that Homestuck is kind of dead at this point, it's really wonderful to see people making content based on it. I wish though it would come out more often, and be noticed by more people.

Though I definitely agree with the last point of Sollux sensed Gamzee in Lil' Cal, I'm pretty sure he's trying to ask Karkat about his feelings towards Gamzee, since, as I saw a Tumblr post point out, in the previous part he dismissed needing counseling between him and Gamzee by Kanaya, assuming they had a kismissitude. Sollux could've assumed he was talking to Karkat AND Gamzee by sensing Lil' Cal, but Karkat just never responded or turned him around. 😆
