Those bags are deflating at a hard angle and also rubbing the side of the lca. Did yall slide the bottom of the bag closest to the joint as possible? I know you cant drive it yet but just curious.

Probably not. It's all got to come back undone anyway. It's simply mocked up. We need to put a 90 degree air fitting on top of bag, need longer upper ball joint bolts, etc.

Try using loctite 545 thread sealant for your air fitting. You won’t have leaks. Love you videos!!

There sure is a lot to bagging a truck. I have never had one. Didn’t know what all was exchanged with knew parts. So basically its a totally new and improved suspension. Nothing stock to it. I bet will ride smooth. 👍

It doesn't have to be. You could absolutely use the stock control arms and on a 67-72 just remove the coil in the rear in place of the bag. Squarebody you have to remove leafs in rear and add some sort of link system. Up front is same as 63-72.

You should look into kbs coatings it's a great product an cheep on Amazon I used it on my 68 it comes with a degreaser & rust remover an you just brush it on an it lays out flat like paint! An you cant beat it off with a hammer!

Likely will. It's off the trailer and we've diagnosed that it has a stuck caliper on the passenger side, and the e-brake semi-stuck in rear.

Chris rattle can rustoleum. I recommend Krylon Covermaxx if you’re going rattle can but i had to make a move quickly and get this done.

Is there enough room in the cross member to make the bend in the airline? I would think a 90 degree elbow would work out better so the airline wouldnt rub anything.

Bruh? The upper control arms are shimmed during alignment. How we have them in this video is temporary and not worth mentioning.

Because that's what GM called them. They never called a 2wd Blazer a C5 and, in fact, GM badged some of the 2wd Blazers "K5." The K & C designations in the trucks did not carry over into the blazer line, starting with the first 2wd blazer in '70. It's just another inconsistency across a major auto manufacturer.
