Roasted Green Beans:
Preheat oven to 400 F
1 pound cleaned, trimmed, and dried green beans
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
Sprinkle to taste onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Combine beans with seasonings and oil
Lay beans in a single layer on a nonstick pan
Roast for 10 minutes carefully remove pan and turn beans and roast for another 5-10 minutes or until desired doneness
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when removed from the oven!
