Here is a short, accessible, and gentle yoga practice aimed at building mobility in the body. This is a practice you can do at any time of the day to feel rejuvenated and balanced. It is geared to build mindfulness and self awareness. I encourage you to become aware of your thoughts and emotions so we can allow them to be released and create presence. This allows the body and mind time to restore. Taking advantage of this opportunity, we are also highlighting our mental health by choosing to eliminate self limiting thinking patterns. When we let go of this negativity, we are much more able to fully enjoy our lives as we come from a state of love, empowerment, and gratitude.
