Thanks so much for tunning into my yoga channel. It this yoga class we will exploring several stretches that are made to target the sciatic nerve. Sciatic pain often originates from the lower back and runs down the back of the leg. These will be accessible stretches that you will be able to use on a regular basis. I do ask, however, that you listen to your body and never push past pain in any of these postures. It is important that you go into each position gradually and you maintain a long, slow deep breath. Breathing consciously is key in helping your body relax into the stretch. For the best results, it is important that you repeat this video as often as you can... such as once per day!
For this class you will need your yoga mat as well as a couch or chair. Make sure to drink lots of water after class as well to help your body flush out toxins.
