Hey guys what’s up , this video about how to get flexible body, in this video i did full body 20 Stretching
If you do any activity you should do this flexibility routine, it will be better your muscles and joints and in this video basic flexibility
Don’t put pressure in these stretches you should do everyone exercise easy and hold minimum 30 sec
& maximum 60 sec,
Flexibility need of our body, we will not stretch our body , our muscles will be stiff and it may danger for us:
If you got injured you should not do stretching and if you have back pain should’t do Bhujangasana(cobra pose)
