Of course as we get older we are not as flexible as when we were kids, but you can still keep yourself in shape if you take regular time for yourself ❤️ thanks, Monica 😊

@@Joli_ballet , thank you for answer my comment. I came back to Ballet after 25 years and I love It. Now in the Studio there is a russian teacher that uses Vaganova method. It's different, but beautiful. ❤️
