This is what most of my days look like. Training at home and it’s nothing special. Hope it was interesting to see how my “daily life” is as well!
I don’t count calories, but I did it today so you guys could see how much I’m eating in a normal day of training at home.
I usually just eat when I’m hungry I and try to eat lots of carbohydrates and also some protein and fat.
Remember: If you eat more, you can train more!

Can you tell why you want the lactate peaking in the warm up vs in the LT1 interval in such a session? Would be super interesting... Good luck for the Tour of Norway!

Thank you! The reason why is because you don’t want the lactate to increase when you’re doing LT1. By doing a warm up an letting the lactate to spike, it’s easier for the lactate to stay low when you’re doing LT1.

Chocolate milk just happens to have a good ratio of carbs to protein for recovering after a workout

when you say LT1, Is it an "easy ride" for you like z2 training or close to LT1 for fatmax benefits?

LT1 = Lactate threshold 1 It’s where the lactate starts to increase. Cyclist probably call it fatmax;) I use LT1 to become more efficient

Yes, if you eat more, you can train more. I’ve been around 69-72kg for the last 5 years

you eat 5000 kcal on a day that you cycle for 2 hours thats much i eat obly 2500 kcal and even on days with 6 or 7 hours on the bike only 4000 kcals
