This is what most of my days look like. Training at home and it’s nothing special. Hope it was interesting to see how my “daily life” is as well!
I don’t count calories, but I did it today so you guys could see how much I’m eating in a normal day of training at home.
I usually just eat when I’m hungry I and try to eat lots of carbohydrates and also some protein and fat.
Remember: If you eat more, you can train more!
