I am 75years old and not in very healthy shape. For years I've tried to get into the habit of doing some kind of workout, always failed! Until a good friend showed to me your program and now I've practiced almost daily for about 2 months. Your kind and gentle way of leading through the exercises always encourages me to go on. Omg this guy is the bomb when I don't go gym I do his workouts . All the movements us oldies need can be done by watching this guy he's amazing so gentle and humble😊
just did this workout and I really liked it. I have so much knee pain and my right hip is constantly hurting as well, that I haven't been able to start working out again. I know, from having lost weight previously, that my knees will feel better if I can lose again. I gained almost all I lost during the Covid Pandemic. (22 kg). I've had such a hard time getting started again, but I'm on my way. I've lost 6 kg so far, a very slow process, but something is better than nothing!! 🙂

I seen you first time on Pinterest so looked RU-vid as I can watch you on my tv from there making it easier for me. I have searched for years to find exercises that would work for me as I am a below knee limb wearer with other health issues I believe most of your exercises could help me so thank you. I am 62 years so very unsteady too…but eager to start.
Thanks!! Didn't realise just how unfit I am ... This was perfectly pitched to get me sweating but achievable and well paced so I didn't just give up halfway through. If combine this with some yoga each day, and find an upper body counterpart, I actually might have a shot at getting a bit healthier :-) appreciate it.

I had a leg surgery (I got a Taylor spatial frame) 3 weeks ago, and I'm going to try this tomorrow! Probably I'll do most of these seated, because sometimes it's still hard to stand/walk without anything I could grab and hold onto. (Sorry for my english 😅)
having hip surgery thursday did this for first time..modified a few seated like marching and jacks at the end. Also holding on to my walker for support. Did what I could with restricted movement...but finally found a lower body workout I enjoyed even with restricted movement. Thank you for your workouts.

I just participated in this beginner workout and I’m so excited! Thank you! I love the timer going off during the last 3 seconds. I went at my own pace for the amount of time slotted and am proud to say I finished it all including the bonus modified jacks! Btw thank you for showing how to do modified jumping jacks I had been doing them wrong!
Hi Justin, I’m really glad I found you. I exercised for the first time in years today and I followed this video. I’ve been wanting to implement an exercise program for a long time. I don’t want to join a gym again and have been looking for something I can do from home. I’ve been psyching myself out thinking I need equipment and a bunch of bells and whistles but the truth is I don’t need any of that. Thank you for sharing your gifts and your knowledge. I also wanted to say that I’m very sorry for the loss of your beautiful sister.
Love your caring personality & love the dedication you show, but, quite honestly the timer confused me totally! 😂 Couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be doing when. I had a ghastly accident & jumped into an empty pool from WAY up high,( trees etc.reflected in 5" water) setting off galloping OsteoArthritis & whiplash effect. Skeleton got shaken from top of head to toenails, been attempting to keep mobile for nearly 7 years but double hip replacement won't be available for 11 months. Stenosis complicates a bit.

I have two knee replacements for 18 years I need to get my leg strong, very weak. I am so scared then I’ll be crippled in my older age if I don’t do the right exercises but your tremendous
I am in such horrible shape :( I am only 40 years old, I am not overweight, I'm actually super skinny, and very healthy, just in really horrible shape. Most of the workout feels really chill and relaxed, almost like doing nothing, but I am doing regular jumping jacks instead of modified and in those 90 seconds, I feel like I'm done. In those 90 seconds, my heart rate goes up by a lot. I feel like its never gonna get better, like I'm always gonna be at those 90 seconds feeling like I'm beat. I tried mixing a little bit of weights last week but after I would be done, I would feel dizzy and nauseous. I guess my heart can't take that yet. I feel so pathetic. I hope my heart gets better with the cardio. Gone are the days when I used to play soccer for hours and hours on end, running and running and you would see the sun set and the night come and you had been running since the morning and you never felt tired. This sucks.
My left leg had a fracture, and use my right leg too much and put too much weight on it and heard it in the groin area really bad and now both legs hurt me my right leg and my left foot. Sometimes I then my right leg was overused in my groin got hurt in my both legs and my feet are very weak and I’m going to be wearing a brace on my left foot for how long I don’t know. Maybe I may need surgery reconstruct
