The mover where he wiggles out of his jacket was cool as was a lot of the arm drag stuff..is this Paul Genge? Edit Silly me, his name is on the channel.. a lot of good stuff doesn’t look completely weird like most systema. Would still love to experience it myself

When i feel sad this is what I watch to cheer me up. Cause this is guaranteed to make me laugh. I try not to laugh at the delusional but i make an exception for this non-martial art.

ivstova47 I have done for more than 2 decades Tae Kwon Do, Yudo, Aikido, MMA and Krav Maga,they are beautiful martial arts and some effective, then I discovered Systema in 2013 and is like nothing I ever seen, if you do it super fast is deadly this is why they go slower here. When I used Systema during Krav Maga sparing full body contact not even the advanced belts could do anything. So you can laugh all you want until you try it for some time then you will no longer laugh anymore ...
