Great video, appreciate the walkthrough! I wanted to ask, because you combined push and pull exercises, how many days a week would you do a full upper-body workout? I've seen your other videos but just wanted to know what you do in the gym on a weekly basis. Thanks!
Great video bro. Love the format of these. Do you typically always do an upper body and lower body split like this? Would be good to see your weekly splits with number of rest days
Also are your upper and lower days usually focused on heavy controlled work and the push/pull leg days focused on lighter but more aesthetics? I may be wrong I am just assuming…
I want to go to the gym but I'm so afraid that I might be put on some Tik T.O video due to some random girl I've been working out at home but I do feel that I'm setting myself back why not going to the gym And I don't have that kind of money to purchase work out equipment like that
@@Mysterious.phantoBuddy, get out of your house, that kind of thing never happens, if you can afford a gym, go to the gym. if you don't have money, calisthenics can make you massive anyway
You can always start doing Wrist curls at the end of your work outs. Just find a variation that doesn't hurt your wrists and tendons and then progressive overload over time.
Wrist Curls [very good], Hammer Curls, Reverse Curls, Dead hangs [For strength are top tier] and Deviations for overall health. Result = massive forearms. (Remember warm up those wrist btw)
