Join Lauren Lewis in this Parkinson's symptom-focused Move & Shout workout to help with range of motion. During today's workout, Lauren will lead you through a series of seated exercises. All you will need is a ball (or something similar like a pair of socks) to help find ourselves in space.

Many thanks Lauren. Great range of exercises as usual. Paula struggles with getting her feet very high off the floor when marching so thanks for emphasising the importance of doing this when marching. Have a great weekend. Paula and Jon

I am in Australia. I have just started these video sessions. I am doing the YOPD ones. Already realise my balance is not what it used to be. But thank you for these videos. I will be continuing with them and look forward to seeing some difference soon.
