This is a wonderful demonstration. Very imaginative use of many functions/commands. Your narration is clear and concise - just how it should be. I will be going through all your tutorials. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge.

Sir, The more I am watching your video lessons, the more I treasure finding your channel!! It has been a joy learning different though processes and even resources that I never used (or used improperly) in the past. Please, keep this magnificent channel and your passion to teach others for as long as possible. My purpose of learning Fusion 360 is to support my wife’s passion for fine art and creativity. The designs I do, are her ideas, producing 3D prints that support her work, her the main reason is not money, but making some money to help people in need around the world. You love for teaching is now a close circle of kindness and good. Wish you great health and good fortune in 2023 and further!

This was the best teaching video I have ever seen!!! Just the right amount of talk and explanation, I was blown away by how you used the splitting tool. Just hit the subscribe button.

Amazing video! I killed the subscribe button! when he did the pattern and it magically appeared with the cut mesh my jaw dropped. I spent around an hour manually drawing a mesh for a print, never again!

Every time I think that I am becoming an advanced Fusion 360 user I come across a video like this and realize that I am still just a noob. I'm amazed that I completed the model successfully but if I had to make it again without this video I would mess it up so bad! I'm going to make a game of it, to see how far I can go on my own until I run into problems. I'll keep doing it again and again and hopefully get farther each time. I did that with your two emboss to curved surface tutorials too. Much respect for your incredible skills!

So much good stuff packed into here. You used a technique again here from a previous lesson that I think is so useful to know: setting construction lines to be used as directions for a later rectangular pattern. I always assumed the pattern could only conform to the horizontal and vertical directions--the fact that the user can set the directions is a hidden attribute of the feature to those (like me) who don't dig deeper (like you).
@Fusion360School

Yep, "Rectangular Pattern" is kind of a misnomer here.

Hi I've been watching your channel's videos for a long time. It's always amazing every time I see it. I also watched this video and made it along. If I use the group folder in the body item, I can reduce the Remove command. This has the effect of shortening the timeline. We look forward to a wonderful video using the group folder.

This is great stuff. Love to see different commands in a real-life scenario. 8:24, why doesn't the offset make a surface body whose edges go to the edge of the body? Seems like the size of the surface body it made was a bit arbitrary.

Love your tutorials. Something I noticed about your workflow - you barely use separate components! Most of your work is editing multiple bodies within a single component. I know in this case there is no point in separate components though!

Well, my knowledge in joints is pretty limited. Still very much learning the ropes. Hopefully, in the near future, I can start producing videos with multi-components and mechanisms.

What if you'd like to make a half sphere with that hexagonal pattern so all of the hex holes face the center of the sphere? Is that achievable?

Hi there. Your videos are truly amazing. I’m trying to replicate this model but i get an error message on the offset face @11:55 saying the body could not be repaired after deleting faces I’m of course using a newer version of Fusion since this tut is one year old and tried the other available options for offset type, still nothing Tried to redo last few steps but it doesn’t work, can’t figure out why. Maybe you can help Thank bye
