@1:06: The phrasing "The slat that hangs below the marked slat," is a bit confusing, because you removed 2 slats. Overall, this could've been done much more simply. Glad I didn't rely on just this video.
Finally figured out that the top part of the bottom of the blind slides out so you can pull the knots through. Otherwise you’ll never get the cords tight. You have to fight the drawstring system the whole way. Whoever engineered this nightmare should be fired. I have installed many blinds. NONE have been so difficult to adjust the height on. 😡
Half of these steps aren't in the paper directions that came with the blind. Overall, cheaply made! I can't even touch the thing without the upper decor board falling off the cheap flimsy plastic clips that came with it. Also, it was impossible to get bottom plugs out with a screwdriver without marring the bottom rail.
