Ever since they’ve announced the console release I’ve been binging your gun guide videos. So that when I finally get to play it on console I can know all the facts about the gun I’m using and still miss them when they’re right in front of me.

Man, gotta say that, while the intermediate assault rifles are probably much more practical, there's a certain appeal to having a rather large reservior of heavy hitting one-tap ammo on standby with a battle rifle.
Since watching this video, the G3A3 is the only gun I play with. One or two shot kills suits me fine. Playing Bf4 I hated guns that took a whole magazine to make a kill. The G3 is a quick kill and that increases my survival. I run it with a flash hider, a 2X holographic. I have tried to switch back to other guns, but that does not last too long and I turn back to the G3A3.
I actually love the slower rate of fire and low recoil of this gun. And now with the loading grip it's even better! One can easily field this in most co-op modes with only 3 magazines. I've captured 2-3 objectives without resupplying with no ammo carrier and the gun is effective at any range! If you miss 30 percent of your shots well you only really need to throw 3 rounds down range to kill most anything.
I've purchased sandstorm last night for PC on an impulse, and these gun guide videos may help me hit the ground running. I look forward to making videos on this game. I haven't uploaded in 6 years.
I've been loving the G3 on console. Managed to solo the final cache on Push with it. That 7.62 fucking drops people up close, only thing that saved me from the terror of MG3 hipfire.
Good to see you switch to Picture-in-picture optics. It looks much better and realistic compared to the standard one, though it may also cost more performance for some devices.
I respect PiP but it gives me headaches whenever I use it. One problem with the realism is the in game models have this wierd visual thing where you can see through the scope from absurd angles while using PiP
Ever since the beta days I run the FAL on Insurgents and the G3A3 on Security. Always. I like my bullets big. Put a 2x scope on it for distance shots, fire from the hip in close quarters and I'm golden. Playing push exclusively.
I used to be a FAL gamer, but they nerfed it to hell and ever since I haven’t been a huge fan. I typically go for the AKM, FAMAS, or M16. G3 has never been bad lmao
Between this, the classic Rainbow Six games, Battlefield 2 & 3, COD 4, Far Cry 2, and Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, I’ve always had a hard-on for the G3. Accurate, powerful, and aesthetically pleasing. PTR-91 owner now so I can finally have my favorite video game gun IRL.
Thanks for this one, the G3 is my favorite gun in the game thus far (until they add an Hk33 or G41, in which case I'll join all the 5.56 schv high fire rate yuppies)

Here is a fact for you: in turkey g3 is one of the most popular guns its the best and only gun we use in millitary service.almost every turkish male who went to millitary sevice (wich we have to) knows how to split this gun into pieces and replace it back and our government saw that g3 was cheap they bought like a billions of them so in turkey if you have some contacts its cheaper than a knife or a fine dress.

The 3 comes from the fact that it is the third gun that West Germany tested to see if they should use it. G1 was the FAL, G2 was a nightmare gun that would later turn into the SG 510 rifle series, G3 was... the CETME gun that turned into this, and the G4 was the AR-10... Actually there was a lot of German firearm manufacturers down in Spain because the country was still under a dictatorship and they gave them a free pardon if they designed a rifle for them. Then Germany needed a rifle and the weapon manufacturers decided to go back

I don't know if it's right or not, but the whole AK style mag knock out method for the G3 speed load in this game is something I can never seem to realistically achieve with an airsoft replica or real steel clone.
I know this is a whatevs thing but as a Spanish speaker, the two C's in técnico at 1:39 are with the hard c sound. Also, de is with a flat e sound like in desk. Also also, the c in especiales is like the c in cell. I'm not gonna say anything about the r sound but your other Spanish wasn't too bad, better than most English speakers. Also, G3 is a beautiful gun.

Quick guide from a player with 868 hours dont use pistols use the supply for it on utility like grenades and smokes also don’t bother with molotovs since they are getting nerfed to where the direct impact of it is not an insta kill so nades are the way to go
On console I'm only able to put up to 4x scopes on this gun on coop/pvp, yet when I go to the Firing range I can put up to 7x scopes on it and effectively turn it into a dmr, is anyone else having this issue...not being able to use a 7x on it in coop? Thank you.
