The 4.6 is known as pretty enimic. Also, there are plenty of 9mm rounds that defeat all the same armor, such as plenty of Underwoods line. Really, it's fire rate/contollablility is where it shines. It penetrates less than 9mm against material as it destabilizes and is just too light to go through multiple walls/objects, unlike 9mm.
I know it's already been said, but it's so sweet and wholesome that you're able to share your hobby with your dad. I know now that you aren't doing Sandstorm content on the channel anymore, but hopefully whatever happens that you can still enjoy playing video games with your dad. It's something you'll look back on fondly and something you should cherish.
Snipes: says that people are sleeping on Co-op Me, with almost 80 hrs in Sandstorm Co-op played with friends without touching actual PVP: [Spanish Laughing Guy.mp4]
The MP7’s bullets might be meant for soft body armor like Kevlar and making it less good at penetration here, the P90 is that way too Idk for sure, just a guess
9x19 has fatter bullet so that means more damage , but 4,6x30 that mp7 uses should penetrate more because of the faster bullet, but because the bullet is lighter it expands faster on hard surfaces, it was meant to penetrate soft body armor , such as some armor plates
Fun fact, the 4.6mm is similar to .17 which is also the diameter of airgun pellets (.177). So the mp7 is firing tiny bullets the diameter of .177 airgun pellets.
Ok. I'll be that guy. This is not a submachinegun and it does not shoot pistol caliber. It's a PDW shooting HK 4.6x30 mm. Specially designed to be compact but still defeat body armour
I really hope that they add the P90 eventually- a gun that was developed under the same NATO weapon development program for the same reason (attempting to develop a new cartridge with better anti armor performance to replace 9mm PDWs).
In a twist NATO actually determined the P90 to be superior in almost every way, the only reason we don't see it fielded more is because Germany threw a hissy fit that their manufacturer got shown up by the French.
“No gun shoots faster than this smg, except for the one that they put the A10 onto” No he didn’t mess up his wording. The A10 isn’t a plane with a gun attached to it, it’s a gun with a plane attached to it.
It consistently surprises me how small the insurgency community is. Like this is siege mixed with battlefield, what’s not to love about it? It’s awesome
Bruh I wish I could do anything with my dad (he’s not like neglectful and we have a great relationship, but we both have school and jobs, so there isn’t much time. He will be done with school soon tho)
Fun fact: the guys who fly A-10s are actually referred to as "stick operators" as opposed to pilots based upon the control stick which has the trigger for the canon on it.
After watching 80% of all your gun guide videos I have a question. Does any gun suck in this game? The way you make it sound every gun is the best gun. And the M16 is the best(est) lol
Good question. Sure, you can say there's some gun out there that is "the worst". However in a game where 2 to 3 shots easily kills just about anyone, the """worst""" guns like the Uzi can still completely rinse the """best""" guns like the vector or MP7. What generally dictates the merit of one gun or another is rate of fire, capacity, and caliber, in that order.
Contrary to popular belief the MP-7 doesnt have amazing armor penetration capabilities. It wouldnt have gone through the armor of russian ВДВ paratroopers, you know... the armor it was designed to defeat?
What I want to see is being able to use an MP7 with an M9 and get extra ammo. The MP7 was designed irl to use M9 magazines so you should be able to use it to get a few extra mags up to 20 bullets each.
I played in a tourney for fun once and my "team leader" (random guy on the net) tried to tell me not to use this weapon multiple times. I decided he was a blabber mouth idiot when I had twice the kills he did and more objective captures. MP7 is a top shelf SMG for me but I'm less interested in using it at range. I enjoy these videos and find them informative as well. I don't think it's absolutely necessary to include so many memes and meticulous editing, so if you're not inspired by it or you'd like to save a few minutes on editing you could probably forgo some it. While it's difficult to make me laugh or care about these things, the memes manage pace of the video better and the editing improves production quality, so I wouldn't get rid of all of it.
