Bro my diet plan 1.7am- 1 scoop of protien powder with 1 banana 250 ml milk, 2 spoon ulundhu powder, 2 spoon ellu powder as milkshake 2.10am- 3 eggs with 1 cup of groundnuts 3.12pm- 1 plate rice with fish, vegetable and 2 roti 4. 1pm- 1 glass orange juice 5. 4pm- soaked 15 cashew, 20 raisins and 10 almonds 6. 7pm- 1 scoop protein shake 7. 9pm 3 cup rice with 2 roti 1 chicken piece 8.10 pm-250 ml of hot milk with 4 dried figs and palm sugar This things also worked for me...but monthly 1.2 kilo increasing...but effective one

Guys, take proper caution while gaining or losing weight. In order to gain weight, don't just simply intake way more calories. My advice is, one should try to gain anywhere from 0.5 kg to 2 kgs per month and take your calories accordingly. Gaining more than 3 kgs a month will store more fat in the body and cause issues in the long run. Consuming 250 to 500 more calories than your maintenance level calories is best for weight gain. Consuming way too much calories will help in weight gain , but it will increase your fat storage a lot. Conclusion. Gradual increase in weight is very good than a sudden spike.
