I haven't heard such a blues since long time. Wow this man is fabulous. The way he plays ooh God. It hurts and its beautiful . Thank you to exist ❤️❤️❤️❤️💖💖💖💖
That solo makes my face tighten and crinkle up like it's trying to avoid completely melting off. He's the reincarnation of Jimi Hendrix in my book. Amazing guitarist!
its not that the crowd is dead, they are all fixed on the band not making noise until after the performance...its actually quite nice not to have some dumbass screaming in your ear during the performance, you have to remember this is not a justin bieber concert
He 's amazing.. he's is the future of the blues in 2017 reminds me of what Robert Cray was to the 90's,...but his tone and distortion on this is fkg awesome...(do you hear a sort of "Voodoo Chile" in the riff? )
Horst574 OK, cool. to each his own. I kinda like his guitar style. it's like old school blues, but vamped up with a modern sense to it. I think the distortion works well with it. but I understand some think it's rather boring
+W Bales That's funny. I'd missed that drop even after viewing this amazing video several times. Thankfully he was able to continue without missing a beat. I used to drop mine pretty often as well, until I started using Cat Tongue brand picks.
@@Orlando-go1tb uhhh i don't know, but i can't see the pick waaay before that moment and also the switch tip was there and after that it isn't. It may be any of those two
Everyday nothing seems to change. Everywhere I go I keep seeing the same old thing & I.. I can't take it no more. Everyday nothing seems to change. Everywhere I go I keep seeing the same old thing & I.. I can't take it no more. Oh, I would this town but I ain't got no where else to go. Wake up in the morning, oh, more bad news. & I.. Sometimes I feel like I was borne to lose & I.. It's driving me out of my mind. I'll catch the next train & I.. I'll move on down the line. Whoah I'll be ready now. I'll be ready when my train pulls in. Whoah I'll be ready now. I'll be ready when my train pulls in. I know my time ain't long around here. & I can't live this life again. Walking down the streets you might run across a smilng face. But they'll stab you in the back as soon as you turn & walk away & I.. Oh Lord it's bringing me down. If things don't change around here, ain't no use in me hanging 'round. Whoah I'll be ready now. I'll be ready when my train pulls in. Whoah I'll be ready now. I'll be ready when my train pulls in. I know my time ain't long around here. & I can't live this life again.
I will be playing Clark always. He friended me on Chris Baldwin Scott site. After a short but nice visit he unfriended me. I know and love my musical family, many of them he knows. It's cool. He is a great player.
Man Can bring it.(Anyone else feel a lil'Chuck?..esp@'SHOTGUN'-"A Lil RnR")-@G.Clark.jr.live)Being A Lover of The Blues..Yes Sir Theyre in Excellant Hands!.Indeed..
Gary clearly has some go to riffs in the solo's of all his songs but he also improvises a lot. Never plays a solo exactly the same as before. Sometimes he really knocks it out of the park with an epic performance and that's what you are hoping for.......but sometimes it's not so impressive. For me the solo in this video is a bit disappointing. I love the way he performed it at Glastonbury. But personal taste is not open for debate. To someone else perhaps this version is their all time favourite.
The first time I watched the program Guitar Session Center on Direct TV was 2014, & Gary Clark Jr. played a song called $ When I leave this Town" I took my LGMS69 4G Smartphone and as in a Class atba local Studio "Access Sacramento Cable Ch17/18 TV & Radio Programing Productions, I held my WebCam in all angles, days later I found 400,00 thumbs up!
