This video contains two matches I had with the recently buffed LV5 Gundam Pixy on Gundam Battle Operation 2. It is a 400-600 cost raid with access to the Stealth skill, high mobility, good hit and run ability with melee and high stun accumulation uzis. Its weaknesses would be it only having LV2 Forced Injectors at 550-600 cost and LV1 below that, long 15 seconds reload on the uzis, very low HP, poor scaling per level from 400-500 cost and having no Emergency Evasion. I still think that the Pixy is a seriously flawed suit but the buffs definitely helped. The uzis have actual range to them now so you can make use of their high accumulation and DPS now. It also now has LV2 Stealth at 400 cost and LV3 at 450+. This means you can much more effectively ambush the enemy and stay hidden. It also gets extra parts slots at higher levels. Both these matches had points where things were slow, but being patient with Pixy is crucial to success as you will see. I hope that you enjoy watching!
The primary weapon of the Gundam Pixy is a pair of uzis with 120x2 power, 48 ammo, 518 RPM, 15 seconds reload, 0.5 seconds swap, 175m range, 2072 DPS and 3%x2 stagger value. These have really high DPS and can potentially stagger quickly, but they have a very long reload time and needs to hit most of the clip to actually stun. They are amazing for bursting down a low HP suit but usually its best to just ambush them with melee instead.
Its primary melee weapons are a set of beam daggers with 2640 power, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 1 second swap time and 100/70/49% combo modifier. These have longer than normal swap time and short range on regular swings. Though the downswing has long range thanks to its lunging motion along with short recovery. The downswing can be cancelled by a boost almost as soon as it connects, so hit and run attacks are made possible.
Its first sub weapon is a common head vulcan with 60 power, 30 ammo, 450 DPS, 150m range and 2% stagger value. These are pretty useless other than for finishing off enemies, though the low DPS makes even that difficult.
Its second sub weapon is an Enhanced Type II hand grenade with 1680 power, 3 ammo, 2.5 seconds cooldown, 13 seconds reload, 1 seconds swap time and 30% stagger value. These have high power for hand grenades but won't do that much damage thanks to your low shooting modifier.
The LV5 Pixy has 16750 HP, 20 ballistic resist, 18 beam resist and 28 melee resist. This HP is horribly low and means that generals will probably take you out in one combo if you are caught. Your only defensive skills are LV3 Stealth and LV2 Maneuver Armor. LV2 MA is pretty much standard for 400-600 cost raids but LV3 Stealth causes you to disappear from enemies radars until you attack or are inflicted with the spotted status. You can make use of this to ambush enemies from behind if you pick the right spots and have patience. You lack a dodge roll so once your MA is broken by a general, you will almost certainly eat a high damage combo with no recourse.
It also has 135 walk speed, 225 boost speed, 60 thrust and 72 turn speed. Other than the low amount of thrust, this places you among the fastest suits at 400 cost and is still pretty solid for 600 cost. Though, you don't have much thrust to play with. It has LV2 Forced Injector since the buff, which means you can much more easily change direction while boosting to avoid incoming fire. This level of mobility also means that hit and run attacks are very much possible, going in to knock down an enemy and then boosting away to safety.
Overall while I think that Pixy is still flawed, it can actually kinda do stuff now. Having higher levels of Stealth helps so much to approach enemies and actually do what the suit is meant to do. I wish that the buffs went further though. LV2 Forced Injectors is nice but only having it at 550-600 cost is sad, same with the uzis range being buffed but the reload time being left at the same 15 seconds rather than something like 5 seconds. It also would have been nice to see the awfully low scaling for the daggers and HP at 400-500 cost be fixed to something more reasonable. In its current state it is hard to recommend if you want to win, but if you wanna play around with a true stealth suit and play patiently then Pixy might be the suit for you. Thanks for watching, and I hope that you enjoyed it!
