Your videos are amazing. I just got a Honda navi with a 110 engine. I get to see a lot about the motor without tearing it down. So cool.

I bought my pipe for my rattler from CRP inAfrica! Was told it basically would work like a stock pipe but it is very beautiful! Carbon silencer. I used a malossi variator and a dr pulley hi-t clutch kit.

From what I understand the Yamaha bws 100cc 2t engine is a minerrali based engine. It’s way easy to come by many made and so that seems to be an easier swap in to the roughhouse 50. Just call up some shops in Taiwan to ship you one. They are cheap 300-500 bucks used.

The 100 isn’t a good motor. Less parts barely anything available, it would asp be $250 in cost I bet just to ship one motor

From what I read they stopped importing the pgo pmx 110 (Rebrand Genuine Rattler 110) because they could not pass exhaust emissions.. not sure how true it.. but this makes me want to keep my Rattler 110 even longer

How many turns out on the carb do you think a stock 110cc rattler uses

You cant just get that and assume it wil work watch our carb videos and learn to tune the carb use the proper tools and knowledge as its not a across the board same thing you can set 2 bikes next to each other they wont be the same settings

In your opinion for all day its better to tune a minarelli 100cc or just take a the 50cc version? Because I heard a lot of things about 100 like they are slow, it's air cooled motor not hight reving, not very powerful....

I have a roughhouse with malossi 70cc kit, variator. Yasuni r exhaust, uni filter. 21mm delorto carb. Could i make the ncy intake work although its 27mm port? What would happen if the intake is too big?

Honestly I love the sound of higher displacement (for a scooter)/lower revving, torquey 2 strokes. I think this rattler ended up with a pretty nice, "torquey" sound. Y'all worked on any of the manual transmission Vespas before? Like the PX150/P200 or Genuine Stella 150?
