The Judge is an absolute disgrace 🤨He’s definitely biased and should be removed from the bench. George Alan Kelly should be set free, Period! The law enforcement officers should be investigated. Their lack of knowledge and their inability to thoroughly investigate are appalling 🤨
She did a great job. She kept it simple. She brought up perfect points: 🤨Alan had time to conceal and no one would have known 🤨He fired warning shots 🤨There were other things possible. My favorite: Some bandit shoots one shot, and goes after Gabriel to get the stuff. He frantically tries to remove items. The warning shots make the bandit run. It is a second logical possibility. Normally I'm wrong about juries. I'm too logical and don't use emotion at all and sometimes you need that to believe witnesses. So we'll see.
If the state decides to retry him after the mistrial.. I hope she stays on, and they file to have this judge removed from the case. This Judge needs to retire. He is awful and had his thumb on the scale.
This judge should step down from the bench! He treated this defense atty like garbage. If I were her I would have asked him to recuse himself. I have never ever seen this happen before. He is a disgrace.

The way this judge handled this case is just disgusting. He was entirely and incredibly biased and I think it should’ve been obvious to the jury in the parts they were allowed to see.
Let's put that to the test. He lowered bond, bond that was set by a Justice of the Peace. He tossed out 1st degree murder. He ruled Mrs Kelly could not be compelled to testify, unfortunately he was overturned by the Supreme Court. Gave the defense extreme leeway on Jury instructions. In Nogales he is being accused of extreme bias against the county attorneys office.
Defense should have brought up these witnesses know direction since they travel through mountains and desert terrain to come and go through Mexico to the states.
@@TJ-so9xo sus isn't proof. The US requires "proof beyond a reasonable doubt" unless you want people to start being arrested and tried for murder every time they're "sus".
