I love that some of the adventures aren't as forthcoming with as many finds as you'd like, yet to watch as it unfolds is still just as enjoyable. It also makes the "holy Madonna" moments more meaningful.

in some respects war is of course a macabre subject to focus on............... but at the same time it fascinates me................. your videos are among some of the best on youtube, you dont just dig a few holes but you give an idea of the layout of an area and what was there. I love how you research places and share maps etc with us so we can get the feel of a place as you walk it. Keep up the great work you do and I hope you keep finding some great stuff.

Even if you dont find anything, just walking around in areas like that, must feel very special and in some sort of way a little creepy, knowing what happend there, but finding a complete detonator is the icing on the cake. Thank you!

I was thinking the little building might be there as a water supply for mixing concrete. Sometimes getting lost can turn up something special. The cross piece looks like something they would put on top of a fence to attach barb wire to. Did they have mine fields around these munitions areas? I enjoy all these small finds. Shows life and work of the soldiers.

Lucky finding that detonator in such good condition. That "animal" rack you found is from a deer most likely and could have been hung up in a barracks maybe. I mean, not sure why they would be there in the woods with 2 drill holes in them lol

When they painted these positions green to match the features of the land, did they repaint and change the color as the seasons changed? Maybe the soldiers shot a deer for the meat and took the antlers to hang on the wall of the barrack. Nice find on the s mine detonator. I remember when you found the one you showed for comparison. It had been rapped in an oil coated paper. If people will watch and pay attention to all your videos, they could learn a lot.
