I most certainly hope you do not have a coaching job, because this is not really helpful. If ever you feel like giving someone feedback, say something that helps them improve, rather than telling them they are wrong!

JeromeFitness Ok ,im sorry but i think you should do full range of motion on pullups or chinups.

That's better. I usually prefer to keep some tension on my muscles and it feels better for my elbows. I often feel pain after locking out my elbows when doing pull or chin ups, so that's why.
