Dumbell Pullovers I did for just 2 weeks 5 days a week 4 Sets and it has helped me improve my upper BODY POSTURE tremendously. Now i do not have drooping shoulders and sunken chest any more while standing in normal posture. Best execise Gaurav

this is the first time I've seen anyone do a pull over in a fitness video. this is my favorite exercise and the variation that you demonstrated today looked really effective. trying it the next time. my max for this is 40kgs so hopefully the tilt doesn't make the weight fall on my face.

Buddy honestly your trick worked for me previously I always did it the way it moved no specific movement but your way of workout did actually work for me also the squat and bicep workout you mentioned in one of your video did major benefits (increased my testo naturally) overall on my body thanks a ton ton ton man.

I love the way you explain in clear words.. the worst thing one can do with pull overs is going very heavy and end up doing tricep extensions more than pull overs . 😂 Thanks for the great info.

sir you got awesome knowledge...I am 44 yrs old and I don't have any knowledge about bodybuilding per jab se app ka videos dekh Raha hoon tab se Apne app se pyar karne Laga hoon... to tell you the truth I very much encouraged, impressed and at the same time jealous of you for the physique you have....where you been till now... I would request you to make videos on building muscle after 40. like what should be the workout plan, nutrition, supplements. ..etc. thank you and God bless.

DiE LaUgHTeR bro in keto you dont take carbs. so you have only one source of energy i.e. fats. take only clean fats but not immediately after workout. and if possible play with your daily allowence of carbs. you can take upto 50g a day. so a little iifym wont hurt. i did it and it gave me results. hope you found it helpful.
