FANUC America’s Authorized System Integrator MESH Automation designed, built and integrated a custom engineered tote palletizing system. The system, which includes three FANUC M-410iC/185 palletizing robots, receives totes at the end of a storage and retrieval system that fulfills orders of pharmaceutical products for healthcare institutions and retail outlets.
How the System Works:
The MESH Destacker dispenses one shipping pallet onto the sleigh board. The conveyor system moves two empty pallets to a transfer cart. The transfer cart delivers the empty pallet to the next available robot's stacking position where three identical robotic cells stack totes onto a
waiting pallet using specified stack patterns designed to keep the stack under 81.75 inches, including a shipping pallet.

FANUC M-410 Palletizing Series
FANUC’s M-410 palletizing series increases throughput for palletizing and handling applications. With a capacity up to 700 kg and a reach up to 3.1 m, the 4 or 5 axis M-410 parallel link robot series is ideal for handling medium to heavy payloads.
