Thank you so much Ellie. Could you let us know the supine groin stretch dimensions of that cube pouf ottoman? I’m trying to find something similar. Right now I’m using a storage container and I don’t love it. thanks again
I actually don't use this anymore (it was too low/too floppy) and I can't really offer dimensions as it's dependant on your leg length. You are looking for something supportive (like a coffee table/bed) and you can use cushions underneath your calf to prop the lower leg up sufficiently so it doesn't flop to the side/or being held with some tension to prevent it flopping to side. Storage container + cushions should be fine I think! xxx
I have read the book and I am doing Egoscue e-sises menus. I purchased 8 meetings. I take pictures and send them to my therapist and she sends me a menu. I am on my 7th menu. One more left. I am a big fan of the Egoscue method. On and off for years I have problems with my knees (arthritis). Right know the right knees is swollen and painful on the outside. When my 8th menu is over I want to be able to use what I learned and be able to adjust for any problems that arise. Generally, I have pain in neck and knees and sometimes hips. I asked my therapist about maintenance after my eighth menu and she said that I will have those eight menus to resolve issues. Do you have any other suggestions? I really like your video because you explained things clearly. Thanks!
Hello, I’ve read both the old and new version of Pain Free by Pete Egoscue and don’t know by which routine to start as my whole body is in pain. The pain is the worst on my right hip, left shoulder and elbow and right hand. Which routine would you suggest I start with please? Thanks a lot for all the videos and have a great week! :)
Hi Eleonore, I honestly have no idea without understanding your body better through either the 1-2-1 Therapy Process or my 12 week Group Coaching Programme, The Posture Revolution. The first principle is just to make sure you only do exercises/routines that don't aggravate your pain! xxx
@@postureellie Thanks a lot for your answer and I completely understand you can't answer such questions without knowing me but still wanted to ask anyways 😅 Thank you!!
