OMG! This was sooo CHALLENGING ! Especially when we add the Two moves together. My legs ,arms and core are feeling the sculpt and the 🔥🔥🔥. Another AMAZING workout. Thank-u Amy!😅😊

Great workout!!! My heart rate went up right at the beginning and stayed up through all of the awesome bodyweight moves, and I loved the Bonus Move!!! High Fives 🙌🙌💯😁
