It’s Day #15 of your Summer Fit '24 SWEAT Challenge! Get ready to strengthen and sculpt your lower body and core while mixing in HIIT cardio intervals. Start back to basics with strength, then add a HIIT interval to keep your heart pumping. Alternate between circuits for legs, glutes, and hips, with abs and obliques. This workout uses dumbbells and/or kettlebells and optional mini bands, but it can also be done by body weight only.

I stumbled across your youtube channel about 22 months ago. You are the best. I love having a new workout each day that I can do in the comfort of my own home. I have been working out 5-6 days a week since August of 22. I was approaching 50 and was feeling very unfit. Now I feel so much healthier and stronger. Thank you!!

I had a crappy day and my right thigh is so sore but I still decided to do the lower body workout tonight. I am so happy I did. I feel so proud and that is the best feeling. The power of working out, the power of Amy ❤

Love the low push lunges! I knew I'd be feeling them today! Also I got a little more out of my clamshell by you saying to resist on the way down, all the side lunges, plies etc that I do and my inner thighs are still pretty jiggly so I really felt that!

Love split workouts and this one was fantastic! I enjoyed the new variation with the lunge and my abs were on fire during the core round. Such a great workout! 🤩

This was awesome, I loved the format with the short HIIT after the longer strength! That B stance squat has my popped leg shaking, not sure if that meant I. was doing something wrong but it brought me back to my barre days!! Thank you Amy ... I couldn't figure out how you were going to fit a bonus in when I looked at the clock on the second clam shell and what a (pleasant) surprise!!

Lots of great moves, lower cluster sets and the new push lunge is also my new favorite. Core works the entire class if you focus!

Love the Giant Sets type of format and using a variety of equipment!!! My favorites were the "B"Stand Squats and the combined in one move hinge and lunge and dead lifts!!! Nice ab, glutes and HIIT cardio work too!! Fun challenging workout!!! 🤩💫!!!!!

That's what my husband always says please don't lose your booty LOL he knows I'm trying to fit into my old clothes because I literally gained 30 lbs within a couple months of my mom's surgery she had cancer I was so scared and there was only like a 3% chance that she was going to make it but luckily she has done a lot of good deeds in her life and has been blessed with karma and is still with us today I'm just trying to lose the weight I gained I don't know why eating became comfort to me because it never had before I never had trouble with my way I've always been 125 1:30 and now I'm 158 lbs I wonder how much I weigh now I don't even weigh myself it's been about a month I'll find out when I go to my ob office and see if I lost anyway I don't even have a scale in my house I don't want to be a certain number I just want to feel a certain way

Ok Amy. I always say this. But you got to stop over doing the swings. I’m starting to dislike doing them when I use to love them 😔 it’s so kind of annoying. And I don’t want to over do the dead lift either cuz I love doing them too. 😅 oh well. More swings I guess 😢
