I hope you find this updated video useful in terms of reducing swelling and puffyness around the eyes. Periorbital edema is a common problem which occurs when there is too much interstitial fluid beneath the surface of the skin, and since the skin is fairly thin here, it tends to show up as darkness and inflamed puffy skin. These remedies will help to drain the fluid from this area fast, whilst the lifestyle tips at the end will help you to prevent it from ever coming back. All the best, Ryan & Hannah. 💚
Puffiness has appeared recently, and I was wondering what I should do. I have been applying castor oil around my eyes and upper cheeks, but this may not be helping with puffiness. Also, purchased a mini juicer from Amazon, so I have started taking shots of carrot/celery juice. Your videos are very helpful. Thanks❤
Too long explanations for me...sorry short of time...I have to do other things away from my gadgets...Good luck for you..your conversation is very clear, very well spoken you make an excellent teacher but it is too long explanations.
HI RYAN, THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT VIDEO. I EXPERIENCED PUFFY EYES A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. I BELIEVE IT WAS FROM EATING SALTY POPCORN. THIS VIDEO WOULD OF HELPED THEN. I WON'T DO THAT AGAIN. THANK YOU FOR THIS FANTASTIC INFORMATION 😊 HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!!😊
I always have bags under my eyes because i dont have all the drainage vessels around them. I had a special scan and the fluid couldnt circulate as it should. One eye worse than the other. Would these suggestions help with this?
Yes, these suggestions should still help you. Since you have less drainage vessels, your lymphatic system may need some assistance. You may need to focus more on using cold compresses (such as the cold egg) the whipped egg whites (to tighten the area) and even some manual massage to help drain the area frequently. 💚
