I completely understand! I went into the army and had double and triple amount of vaccines after they lost my records. Then got mono which led to chronic fatigue and then found out I had celiac and after bloodwork I found I have the mthfr gene. Most people don’t done they have mthfr genes which means they may not breakdown the b vitamins well and I always have to take methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobalamin as b12 and folate not folic acid…I don’t even know how to feel at this point and now I feel beyond terrible if I have carbs..

Same. I had a TBI at 7 years old that was the beginning of the end, and only in my 30s am I realizing this is why I always felt like there was no fuel in my tank, and at 38 my baseline energy levels are around "severe flu" level. Things have started to change after adding mega doses of vitamin D (like 60,000 IU daily), B complex, and 6mg boron supplement. It's so hard to minimize stress, sleep well, and eat right when I'm parenting 4 high energy kids.

Several factors can damage or compromise mitochondrial function: 1. **Oxidative Stress:** Excessive production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) can damage mitochondrial DNA, proteins, and lipids, leading to impaired function. 2. **Poor Diet:** Diets high in processed foods, sugar, and unhealthy fats can contribute to mitochondrial dysfunction by promoting inflammation and oxidative stress. 3. **Lack of Exercise:** Sedentary lifestyles can decrease mitochondrial biogenesis and impair mitochondrial function. 4. **Toxins:** Exposure to environmental toxins such as pollutants, heavy metals, and certain chemicals can damage mitochondria and disrupt cellular processes. 5. **Chronic Stress:** Prolonged stress can lead to dysregulation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, resulting in increased cortisol levels, which can negatively impact mitochondrial function. 6. **Sleep Deprivation:** Inadequate sleep can impair mitochondrial function and reduce energy production. 7. **Aging:** Mitochondrial function naturally declines with age, leading to decreased energy production and increased susceptibility to damage. 8. **Genetic Mutations:** Inherited mutations in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) or nuclear DNA can lead to mitochondrial diseases or impairments in function. By minimizing exposure to these factors and adopting a healthy lifestyle, you can help protect and support mitochondrial health. 🤗❤️🌹🌹🌹🤗

Unfortunately, she isn't telling you the whole story. And, on top of that, she is trying sell supplements to you that won't want if you knew the whole story. What she isn't telling you is that the "train" can actually make and supply it's own coal in the exact right amount at the exact right time as long as you stop laoding coal onto the train from the outside. In other words, your body can make its own glucose, and it is really, really good at it. As long as you don't add glucose from the outside, your body will perfectly balance its glucose. This processes is called gluconeogenesis - making glucose from protein. So, the whole story is that you don't need to eat any carbs ever. As long as you are eating protein, your body will make all the carbs it needs and will never overload your "train". But if she told you this, you would realize the that instead of spending your money on her supplements, you could simply eat less carbs and you would fix all your glucose issue. Basically, it's like selling pills to someone who drinks too much alcohol In order to slightly reduce the damage they are doing to themselves, instead of just telling the people to stop drinking alcohol. What she is doing is closer to enabling long-term addiction than it is to health care In my opinion.
@trenaphillips1973

@@Hertz2laugh In no way did I hunk this was the whole story. She does call them hacks. Not everyone can go through life and enjoy it by eating zero carbs. Low carbs, yes. So, having coffee after a meal reduces blood sugar spikes and the fatigue that can follow. I have read that waiting for at least one hour after a meal to have coffee helps in another way to reduce fatigue. It prevents the coffee from depleting iron that we consumed with that meal we had an hour or more previously.

@saruulbatdorj399

@bloom4096 what is me/cfs? I try to follow all of them but the main thing for me was cutting sugar. Now I only eat various types of whole foods, meals rich with veggies, oil and fat and drink water or milk, milk based products like yogurt. No fast foods, no junk foods, no food with preservatives, no extra dressings or flavors as raw as possible with pepper, salt and powder dressings only based on natural ingredient such as Paprika, oregano...etc. Incorporated vinegar and as well as cumin. Eat only when I am hungry. My inflammation, eczema and skin irritation all have gone down as well. Brain fog has been cleared as well. Can sleep better too since I don't have trouble digesting food. Used to take me 30 min for each bathroom use but now it's only a minute. Much less lethargic, lost some body fat, my body started feeling like my body in my 20s, light and agile. Mind you I have always been sporty and in shape most of my life. It has been two months now since changing my diet. At first it was hard cutting all sugar cuz I had very sweet tooth, loved eating cakes and milkshakes. My body was craving for the sugar and persevered through the craving now that my body feels great and now my mind knows that sugar and other simple carbs were making my life miserable my mind doesn't want sugar as well though it knows it will feel temporary pleasure. It's so weird

Not sure if what I had was chronic fatigue but after a meal, I'd feel extreme fatigue. Nap for 3-4 hours. No exercise. I'd fall adleep fast whenever I have a chance like, riding the subway, in a vehicle, on the plane. Once while driving and stopped at a red light! At the time i was flying every 5 weeks. About 5 of 7 flights id get the tickle in my throat. Im about to catch a cold. If i dont drop oil of oregano within a certain time frame, i get a cold and then a after i heal, a dry, lingering cough persists throughout the day for several months. About 3 months. I did everything. Allopathic, naturopathic, energetic. Nothing was wrong with me. Until, my nutritionist and herbalist friend hhad me do a spectracell panel, stool/saliva test. Turns out, i was sensitive to eggs, soy and dairy. And borderline gluten. After cutting all these foods off for two months, my body healed and i have no more issues. Hope this helps someone here. I do ketosis once a year for a month or two and feel great. Exercise regularly too to keep fit and sexy.

I have been learning from your books and now youtube since last Jul. Jun 2023, my A1C was 9.6. I went back to the gym (still going on regular basis) and incorporated your "hacks". Sep 2023 my A1C was 7.5. Going to do blood work next week. Hoping for even more improvement! I also just started having my coffee black with Stevia instead of creamer! Thanks.

Scientifically, ensuring a balanced diet with sufficient nutrients, staying hydrated, getting regular exercise, managing stress, and maintaining good sleep hygiene are key to sustaining energy levels. Additionally, incorporating foods rich in complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and proteins can provide sustained energy throughout the day. Avoiding excessive caffeine and sugar can also help prevent energy crashes. 🤗👍🙏

I have chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS). I just found your channel. Going to try to implement your hacks. I cannot do the Apple cider vinegar though. It’s like drinking acid and I get brutal heartburn. I have a histamine intolerance. Anywho I’m hopeful. I will be happy to get any type of energy back. Mostly bedridden when I used to work out 3 times a week and was full of energy. However after watching a few of your videos I’m eating wrong big time. Just an FYI my ground zero was a flu shot in October of 2019. I was in my late 30’s so it’s been 14 years of brutal fatigue (and so much more). 😭

I think I've struggled with mitochondrial issues as I've always struggled with fatigue and found exercise really hard (even when I actually got myself really fit years ago... my muscles would always burn and protest 🙄 ). I'm a heck of a lot better since I discovered Glucose Revolution 5.5 weeks ago, but had a bad chocolate day today due to a crappy headache and stress (and WOW I'm suffering for it, despite eating it alongside hacks 🙈 will not be doing it again!!)

Studies have shown that cordyceps extracts or compounds can have positive effects on mitochondrial function: -They can increase the activity and expression of enzymes involved in mitochondrial energy production, such as those in the electron transport chain and Krebs cycle. -They can enhance mitochondrial biogenesis, leading to an increase in the number of mitochondria within cells. -They can improve mitochondrial membrane potential, which is crucial for ATP synthesis. -They can reduce oxidative stress and inflammation, which can otherwise impair mitochondrial function. The mechanisms by which cordyceps exerts these effects on mitochondria are not fully understood, but may involve activation of signaling pathways that regulate mitochondrial biogenesis and function, such as the AMPK and PGC-1α pathways.
