Hi Brad ! I still live with my ex whom has narcissistic traits . He's been hot and cold but it's been a month since we " broke up" we aren't talking apart from small necessary things. After the breakup I stayed at a friend's house and he continuously messaged me and wrote a sad love letter about how Grey it is without me at home but now I'm back lol because I have all my stuff here and I'm looking for apartments. I do still love him and I think he does too be he seems depressed and distant. He also said a bunch of lies to his family about me so they definitely don't like me anymore.

Hi Brad! Thank you so much for this informative content. All of what you said here has happened to me and now he's gone. We have 1 kid and currently pregnant but he chose to work abroad and got to know he's cheating on me since before. May I ask you Brad if there's a way that a cheating narcissistic ex could ever realize his mistakes and be matured enough to come back for us not to be in a broken family? Any additional tips? I'm feeling depressed and hurt right now. Also, may I ask if I would apply the No Contact and give each other's space, do I need to keep in touch to his family/mother for the sake of our kid? Or would I also apply a no contact rule with his family too? By the way he blocked me on Facebook, but he did not block me on WhatsApp. But I'm not reaching out to him cause I'm keeping my pride. My ex girlfriend I was with for 1 year & 5 months literally has 5 of the signs you listed & possibly all of them.. I love them & miss them so bad but she was mostly pure evil. She would talk to other guys & tell them to hurt me on purpose through text. She would talk to other guys behind my back. She would purposely hide things she shouldn’t of been doing. She LOVES gas lighting & being manipulative. She would threaten me that she’s going to send other guys her nudes if I didn’t listen to certain evil commands. She would literally tell me to block her so she can go date someone else. She would send me pics of her & say “I look better without you.” Keep in mind I didn’t do anything that bad or wrong to trigger such extremes from her. We also had MANY good memories where she wasn’t that bad. Her behavior didn’t get this bad over night & it progressively got worse over time. I miss her good side SO bad.. I love her although I also realize she is a terrible girlfriend due to all of the reasons I listed & more. For now I am applying the no contact rule to see if that causes her to reach out to me later. I started recently. Hopefully things can change for the better although it’s probably just wishful thinking. I even bought someone other coaches break up kit recently for extra advice. This girl was there for me when I was depressed about my mom dying. I miss what she use to do for me. I’d do so much just to have her back and get us to where we used to be. Someone help me…

Im in my 2nd week of no contact and ive just found out my son aged 11 has been messaging my ex saying he misses playing with her son aged 2 asking if he can see him to play. My son loved her son and always played with him. Hey brad, my breakup happened over a month ago and it was heated and toxic and he blocked me. I’m worried he will make excuses forever about why he should never reach out. My ex broke up with me near Christmas . After breaking up with me few weeks later she came into a relationship with some other guy. Recently she messaged me saying she was sorry , something bad has happened with her which made her realize her mistakes and she was ready to make amends. I got to know from her that she met that guy when we were together and she got close with him once in a concert. I got angry at this and lashed out at her and called her a cheater. We both got angry at each other and she said she didn't cheat me. Later on she blocked me on whatsapp. What should I do if I still want her back, ik most of you will say let her go, but I can't. I just can't, I love her. Some other info: 1. Breakup was her decision, she gave me a cold breakup without even listening to me. 2. She didnt contacted me in 4 months. 3.
