So glad you're doing these videos, wish you had been around 30 years ago. wish laptops were too! could of saved myself, my marriage, less pain, my poor kids' pain fro divorce, etc. My mom, divorced, never had time for me and all i ever wanted was a family. I had that for 30ish years, only to realize I'd married a narc and that most of what I thought we had between us was false. My mom worked and worked and worked, and complained (just as you described). i worked and worked too to be the best mother to 3, i didn't complain, I loved my family, but guess what, today none of them care. BIG lesson.

I love this session again! I'm going on a date(?) meet-up(?) tomorrow and listening to this helped to remind me to take things easy and to be in my divine feminine power. I've been using it with the recent guys that I'm talking to and I really find that it's more empowering for me. Not that I am trying to illicit a certain action or reaction from them, but to keep myself more level headed since I know I am naturally a romantic with rose-coloured glasses. Being in my feminine is to protect me more than it is to get any guy, and it is for me to learn kindness, compassion, and empathy for myself. In this way, I heal my wounds, and lift my self esteem and raise value in my own eyes so that I won't feel depressed or down. Honestly, Margarita, you are an amazing life coach, even if you don't think yourself that way. I love all your answers to these questions. You are absolutely killing it. And you were so right. So many instances in life it gets busy or stagnant or whatever. But you must just know that you are in your WOMAN and feminine queenness. :) This is very true. I have developed feelings for a friend (man) after almost 2 years of being just friends. He is my next door neighbor and there is no way of getting around seeing him every day. I am anxious and he is avoidant (of course) I told him how I felt a couple of months ago and he said he did not think he could ever love anyone expect his long term girlfriend of 25 yrs that died about 2 1/2 yrs ago. He treats me like a girlfriend except the physical affection. Everyone in our community thinks we are a couple. We are older and I am torn between just trying to be happy with the companionship but I keep wanting more. Since I get so many mixed messages I am not sure how we really feels. This is causing me emotional pain. All the experts say tell him to figure it out and leave but that is physically not possible. He is a very kind, good man that I really do want to have in my life. How do I get rid of the pain? and be happy being just friends and companions?

I constantly live in fight or flight mode and I am constantly thinking and planning. And this is causing adrenal high cortisol reaction in my body.. it`s all a mess.

I'm a mum of 2, I was married to a narcissist, I was raised with the perception that women's value is measured by the extent she serves in the house, I instinctly rejected it because it is false and a huge burden. I 100% do my part and more, but unless I pick up someone else's slack I'm afraid I may be perceived as not a good wife. Is it emasculating for a man to take responsibility around the house while also providing and protecting? Who do I have to be to be a match for this kind of person. I'm in search of a healthy role model.
