Why Is He Ghosting You? Should You Stalk His Social Media? 

Brilliant. I became anxious in my last relationship, but because I understand social norms, I knew not to let him see this side of me. Also, I'm a business owner/homeschool mom who is really IS busy. But my insides were a mess and I was low-key obsessed and did stalk his social media. We were on and off for 3 years. So I ended up deactivating my social media and started focusing heavily into my mental health, physical health and career. Best move ever. Out of site, out of mind. Now that I'm more healed, the type of relationship he wanted to offer me isn't what I want anymore. He benefited from the unhealed version of me because I had no boundaries. I'm not the same woman thank God. ❤

Stalking some man’s social media of a man that doesn’t want you is so crazy to me. If you’re doing that then stop altogether. If someone rejects me I don’t look back. My value is higher than that and I’m moving forward. I have goals to accomplish.

okay day 1 of not stalking his social media starts now

If a man tests you and especially tests your boundaries in any way, just walk away. And if he comes back dont let him-unless he’s done a 180 and is consistent in how he is showing up now. But I feel like 99% don’t come back for love or really changed. A mature and healthy man, real man, will not purposely tests you or push your boundaries. If he really likes you he’ll move forward or if he’s not into you he’ll be honest and end things.

I texted him i am moving on from this situationship and he blocked me on everything the next day and i blocked him back. After 2 weeks, he unblocked me on social media. It's just bait and low effort to see if ill chase again i think. Time reveals all and no contact is powerful. We will see who is bluffing. Im not opening communication until bold, serious, direct effort to pursue me.

Great video really.From my experience,unless you turned him off really majorly,all men come back just like narcissists hover you after the breakup.It's exactly the same.They do this when they are either single or bored with who they are with.They go back to the list of exes cause nostalgia hits them and they want something.That is either: sex,psychological services from you,someone nice to go out with for a coffee in order to raise his social status and boost his ego and mood and of course to check if the gate is still open.It doesn't matter how long it takes,they always come back.My longest was 10 years.The best thing to do and the best revenge also is GHOSTING!

I agree with all of it. And I feel really called out. But despite that, I still obsess over him. It's SO HARD to let him go. Especially having kids together. I'm really anxious attached, and he is really avoidant so we split up for the classic reasons. But now that I've learned about the attachment theory, I long for him because I think we can fix ourselves and make it 😢 but I wait for him to actually want me back first.

I just immediately delete their social network including family and friends. All connections are cut. I even go as far as to delete every single photo of us. I replaced every single item in my home. I threw away his gifts (cause they weren't worth anything). Basta 🎉❤

“Why do you care” is such a dumb question

I'm in a situation where I DO think he was a good man and a significant bunch of our relationship problems WERE actually me being insecurely attached; and he IS making an honest effort to get me back (he made it very clear he wants to restart the relationship that I broke off and outlined strategies how to handle the pitfalls that we had before), says he has way more emotional resource for that now after going through therapy etc. But I'm still sitting on the fence ans listening to this video because I am not sure. I'm very doubtful we can make it and pretty convinced my psychological patterns will kick in again, if not in any romantic relationship, then with this particular person for sure. And of course a part of me is questioning, "Is he though?? Is he a good man? Could you do better? Is he manipulating you in some invisible way?" Ugh.

My avoidant gf says that she is feeling out of love. And she cant afford to ruin my life and asks me to move on as i (me) deserve someone better.We were in a long distance last year also and same thing happend she ran away and after 7 8 months came back. First she was like i missed you and was acting as a friend but was asking me if i have moved on from her or not. When i said no she then wanted me to move on but slowly and gradually she came in again and started love bombing me and she was eager to marry me . Saying i cant imagine myself with anyone else now. I want a family with you. I was very happy with her such things. And i assured her we will fullfill our each wish together i asked her that time because i knew our past so i asked her what if she had the same phase again she said it wont jappen this time but i said if it happend she said if it happend be with me that time and dont give up on me. but then within a week out of a sudeen she fell out of love again.she says she feelz guilty when i show love and she cant reciprocate it. She says its not upto her to do so.she says she had asked herself a lot why is she behaving like this but she couldnt find a answer and at last she says to herself that she is fine this way only. She says if i let you go you will be hurt and if i let you stay you will get hurt that way also due to my ( her) behaviour. She also says she dosnt see herself as a loyal person now and cries. She tell me that if you will say these things to anyone else they will also say that she is not loyal. She herself says that what she isnt normal but she cant help it.she says she is very unpredictable and at this moment she dosnt see a future with me and why would you(me) waste your life on such a thing by marrying me. But i love her very much even in this situation she cares for me. And i could wait for years for her Now she tries to avoid all this stuff and dosnt want me or her to discuss about it. She also says that now at this points she has started to hate herself. Please give me suggestion what should i do i dont want to lose her. I am becoming more anxious day by day and self sabotage my needs also .I love her with all my life. Please help me. What should i do.

I don’t know what is about him! I really started to like him within a week. We only texted for 2 weeks and he wasn’t even consistant but apart from that, he was exactly the type of guy that was according to my “league”. Yes I know this was the reddest flag and I confronted him and he changed drastically and became more available but things couldn’t work out and it was my fault and he ghosted me. My ego isn’t allowing me to double text him back but my heart is craving him so badly. It’s been a month and I cannot let it go and he is possibly dealing with someone new.
