I’m in my second month for game design so far I’m enjoying my classes but I’m ready to get more into my actual degree classes instead of the basic 4 everyone starts with

@@fernroseobx8598 this was two years ago and it may have changed but it was creative presentation, psychology of play, English composition 1 and then fundamentals of physical science but I did have stuff out of order due to switching degrees early on with the forth class. Going into my last week of the degree now and graduate on the 6th with my bachelors of science in digital cinematography.

That's why I'm going. I want to advance at my current job. I am outside the age group you mentioned. Having a family has made it quite difficult. Best of luck to ya, hope it does pan out a bit better for you moving forward.

Full sail is good for anyone that knows exactly what they want to do in this industry and they actually have time to start from the bottom.

@@LaneVision I’m 34 and I don’t have kids. I also already have a couple connection in the film World and at studios in LA. Also I have a few year’s experience working in recording studios and using protools so I’m not a completed beginner

There are school out there that offer paid internships that correlates with your degree program. i.e. UConn

You not working in sports marketing has nothing to do with the school, IMO. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Apply for some sports marketing jobs bro. Easy solution. And your masters doesn’t sound like a double down on the bachelor degree so I’m gonna put the accountability back on you. I don’t blame the school for you not knowing what you really wanted to do. Cuz that’s what this sounds like… You sound like you expected to be handed a position. What was your final gpa?
