Welcome to Day 1 of the Free Meditation Challenge. Faith has created 30 different meditation exercises to assist you in finding your zen, reducing stress, and to helping you create balance in your life. These meditation lessons are less than 10 minutes each, and will add clarity and focus in every aspect of your life. Today's meditation is simple and will help you begin the journey to cultivating a meditation practice.

I tried meditation for the first time and when I first checked out the video I thought "Oh my God... how can I sit like that for 10 minutes??!! This must be insanely boring!" But then I tried and I was sitting, letting my thoughts flow and I this felt amazing. I even felt not satisfied when it turned out it's already over! So surprising for me, I'm looking forward for the next practice :)

First, you're gorgeous and I adore your spirit! I've never meditated before. I really liked it. I was able to get into my head and arouse emotions I was hiding from. I confronted them. I can't wait to see where you will take me the next 29 days!

I only got about 6 minutes through and couldn't do anymore because my back hurt so much I had to get up! Will try again tomorrow though because she has such a beautiful calming voice and normally I'm okay with meditation!

Woke up this morning with so much on my mind and heart. Decided to jump into this meditation. I was able to find my breath and gain a sense of peace in my mind, body and spirit. I'm looking forward to experiencing how a consistent practice will challenge me to push myself to commit to a new and consistent personal practice of self care.

Im so exited for this challenge! Perfect for relaxation before going to bed. im halfway on the 30 day yoga challenge, and i feel this is the perfect add to it! Ive meditated once successfully before, and from that time i remember i felt at so much peace. I felt warm, but i couldnt tell where my legs and hands were. Relaxing numbness in the body , concentrating fully on the relaxation of the mind.

For some reason, towards the end I felt / saw myself floating upwards into the clouds. I saw the moon and sun in front of me, and they both merged together and took over my vision. As a new Wiccan, this experience felt incredibly symbolic. I've been seeing the number "1111" everywhere lately and it apparently stands for a spiritual awakening. Already loving this. Thank you.

What a wonderful start to my morning! My first day of school starts today and I was feeling very anxious and nervous. This really helped to ground me, bringing my back to my hearts center. I'll continue to come back and focus on my breath throughout the day! 29 more days to go :)

If I am guessing correctly, today was about creating the mindset and inner scaffolding so the body can be immerse in the posture. I feel challenged and out of my normal self. I can't describe this. I want to keep going and I will. Thank you teacher!

wow! im doing this because, i want to improve myself. today (oct 10, 2016)was my first day, it was great. im so relaxed i almost wanted to fall asleep, it took so much stress off.

I tried my best this morning to not judge myself since this was my first and there was construction just right outside my house, when i my thoughts drifted in... slowly w practice... i will be able to get this :)

this helped me so much!! Within the first few minutes I was relaxed and meditating. I wasn't focused on what wasn't completed or anything that brings me anxiety. I'm new to this and finding a Sistar who does yoga and guided mediation is comforting

Went looking for a 30 day practice to start the new year and came across this Playlist. LOVE. LOVE. LOVE. I cannot wait for Day 2! This is perfect because at 10 min long...it can appeal to those who have never meditated before. Faith is positive, real and her voice is soothing and commanding...she makes it so easy. Thank you that was amazing. I just had an eye surgery a few days ago and I don't feel comfortable with the idea of practicing yoga this month. So i had decided to dedicate this time to focus on meditation, and this challenge is just perfect for me right now. So thank you! Very much!

I actually lie down when I meditate, it allows my body to fully relax with falling over and I don't have to be afraid if I fall asleep during lol as for the thought process, when thoughts come up during meditation, I encase them in bubbles and either visually pop them or blow them away, depending if I want them gone immediately or can see them going away. Either way, just started today, can't wait till tomorrow!

I woke up with a full blown panic attack and was trying to breathe. I just want to know if she can make a video on how to calm down when you are already panicking. I loved this. It did seem to relax me.

We're so sorry to hear this, Jessika and hope you're feeling okay now! 🤗 Unfortunately we're not in any position to give you any medical advice on this. You might want to work with your therapist to find out what immediate actions you can do to identify and address the onset of your panic attacks. What these meditation sessions can do is help prevent future attacks from happening, especially when you make a habit of doing a session that resonates with you (plus some yoga here and there, like this ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-GWzblaScI1U.html) at least once daily. 🙏🏽 Sending you so much love! 💞

Really liked this, I suffer with ADHD, I don't take any medication for it and never have. I've always treated through sports. I am at the moment injured and found this a great way to focus and channel my energy. I also taken up the 30 day yoga challenge too. Great session thank you so much! :-)

Thank you for this video, and this series. I'm on day 1 of alcohol withdrawal and my anxiety has skyrocketed. My body's all out of allignment and my brain is a mass of shoutting, writhing thoughts. I NEED this. Thank you for allowing us to sit with ourselves, rather than let everything go. I think that might take a while! Permission to just *be* is so powerful. Can't wait for tomorrow's session ❤️

I’ve started back up my yoga practice and didn’t know that yoga was used to warm up the body for meditation so I just finished my day 3 yoga of 30 with Adele for my second time and finished my first day of meditation with you. I’ve been meditating prior to this but not on a consistent basis. Glad to have found this!

Thank you for providing this, I have gotten out of practise so have been finding it quite the challenge to let go and get into the zone with meditation alone. I think massively due to being isolated so thoughts have got busier, so sitting closed eyes alone has become increasingly difficult. Was looking for a guide or group to meditate with as I feel meditating with another or group can be so beneficial, especially with giving and receiving energy of love etc to help feel more connected and at peace. I started today and look forward to the rest ❤️

I really didn't think I would be able to relax for 10 or so minutes but I think about 2 minutes in it got really easy and relaxing and I just loved it. If anything to improve on I'd make it longer just because it was so relaxing :)

I'm doing the 30 day yoga challenge in the morning, and I'm thinking the meditation one will be perfect for the afternoon/evening. I'm still enjoying my holidays, but I know I will need it when I get back to work. Let's see if I'm constant. I'll start tonight!

This probably the best challenge that I have found on RU-vid all year. And I have been through a few. This is my first YT meditation challenge though. Its so seamless, and beautifully done.
