We will be looking back at this interview in 3-6 months when the next disaster happens, when the next 30fps or missing features come out, when the next PS5 port is announced. Then again when the games come out half baked as they do.

nowadays publishers love to play with words and meanings. Is this in game? well, this is our engine for a game, running on a rendering farm, but we use in game assets. Is this cinematic trailer? Well technically we have real time cut scenes, so this is in game. Is this gameplay? Well this is our vision of gameplay, we scripted all things, but we aiming to create systems for all of them. etc

So apparently a person who was at the live event of Phil Spencer's IGN interview tweeted and post a clip showing IGN directing the crowd to cheer at various moments during the interview by enticing the crowd with swags being thrown. LMAO! Games media boys and girls.

Simple question for those that said it was a great show: Which games are coming out within reach? Let's define that as 12 months did you got excited for? Because cinematic trailers for games without date does nothing? For me it felt like the show was for amazon prime streaming service. Now those teams are now not only tasked with making great games that sell well. They also need to do so while being in gamepass mandatory.

Hey Jez fantastic show man that Scooby Doo bit had me rolling in tears man😂 But to be honest, I had a very strong feeling that there was going to be a caveat after the show, I had a feeling that Phil Spencer was going to have something stupid to say during that IGN interview and then when he just dropped the bombshell on Ryan and the whole crowd I knew it from there that this show was nothing but a bunch of false hopes and promises yet again. It is 2024 and Microsoft is still refusing to show their games fully. I do not understand that at all , and after that statement that Phil made, I literally saw nothing but people saying what was the show for or thanks Phil you couldn’t even give us two hours to celebrate. Phil has now officially ripped the Band-Aid off. So thank you Microsoft for all those games coming to PlayStation eventually. I genuinely do feel sorry for the people who support this brand who want the brand to come back ( the actual fans not those clown twitter babies and * ahem * “bloggers” ) so thank you, Phil and thank you Xbox for wasting 20+ years of gamers time 😐🫠👏👏👏👏

I think the Microsoft gaming showcase was pretty good, mainly due to the 3rd party companies they bought, so it's hard to give them credit. Microsoft themselves still haven't released games they announced YEARS ago. People have to get used to the idea, on both sides, that it's just a 3rd party showcase, like any other

Don't jump to conclusions yet. We've seen multiple times, that xbox games don't play well on their consoles & sometimes PC. There's always problems with: frame rate, resolution, graphics, features, content, physics, e.t.c

a $199 Series S would have been a lot of good will to potential Xbox buyers. Pricing for the new hardware is almost a message: Play our games on PC or in time PS and Nintedno. WIth the development time of many of the games they showed I'm surprised there wasn't more gameplay. I hope these games are great.
