He's too confused at why he struggles at the end game but he spends the second half rushing through the story and skipping the rest. He ends up under powered in games that require some grinding and he is too stubborn to leave the fight. 1:07:32 I'm glad he chose to respec, it gave him a sizable boost in power. Disappointing, he basically picked the least fulfilling ending. I'm also glad he went to the bathroom and read chat to switch to the fusion fight (it's more anime)
I just did Raven and she was really tough and I had everything maxed out (weapon, healing items), I can't imagine how difficult it must be without the upgrades. Also in phase 2 I noticed I can just use my range beta skill, which she cannot parry, but he doesn't even have the skill lol.
I just came back to this video after finishing the game and I am SO glad I did the side mission where you go to Lily’s garden and get the hacking code. That’s all I’ll say.
Isn't it kinda disrespectful to just rush through a game, not learn it's deeper mechanics and then pause to watch something else entirely in the middle of the end of the game? I'd be pissed if I was anyone who worked on this especially since you can see a lot of care was put into it. I'd think he just got bored and just switched his brain on autopilot. I respect Charlie for what he does and I hate to tell people how they should play a game but holy shit he played this game in the wrongest way possible.
@@Stone187-se6ov i left a mean reply but deleted it because i looked on ur channel and your a kid, do no put what little money you have into savings. if a person is telling you this info that you should save what money you have its because a long time go the economy was a completely different place. if you get money as a kid, save up for things that are not super expensive like a car because unless you get like a 100$ a month. you will never save a meaningful amount of money until you become old enough to get a job and make that money in no time. ask the people telling you this if they did that and tell them to shut up if they are just trying to feel supior. or ignore them like if they are old, save your money and buy stuff thats more expensive but make sure you spend it too.
It's almost like gambling. I'm on our 4th or 5th attempt and trying to figure out Charlie's strategies for how he picks and he likes to do the very first ones and then he also likes to the ones just coming in when he starts the give away so it's best to hold off until he starts talking about picking the ones just coming in. Unless you can be one of the first ones to the stream.

when most of the people complain about the story being shit, it’s shit. Writing is shit, characters are boring. Everything besides combat and music is meh.
I know this is super kind and fortunate for a lot of people, but I hope you're doing okay, Charlie. I know a lot of people have been known to seem their happiest and give away things when they're "feeling down."
Imo its really sweet that you thought of that, but hes stated before that this is just something he has always wanted to do, and is very happy and proud that he can extend his fortunate circumstances to the people who made it happen for him. He mentioned it in a previous vid where people were chastising him for giving money away, saying how much it hurt him that people would demonize him for doing charitable acts that he has wanted to do for a long time. If i go on any more id probably just be yapping lmao but yeah - out of everyone on youtube, i think charlie has attracted a great audience of kind people, and you are a great example of that!
was hoping to win, but then i remembered an error on my application i've made, so i was stressed out the entire time. it still sucks but at least i wasn't embarrassed publicly. next time i'm hoping though. it's getting harder every day.
If you like Sekiro youll love it. I played Lies of P but hated how unbalanced and overly unforgiving it was. This feelsl like a much better version of that game. People also compare it to nier if youve played that.
@@x_xvihtahousux_x1969 not sure. But i tried playing it just a couple weeks ago and just wasnt enjoying it. Too many things against it. Chip damage, and weapon durability, slow ass stamina rebuild, enemy windup is nonexistent to read, enemies do way too much damage, getting hit somehow makes the xp you dropped before go down punishing you even if you havent died before reaching it, the parry and dodge having absolutely 0 mercy. Its just doing too much. Sekiro has options to make the game harder but theyre just that:options. Lies of P starts as hard as possible and theres just too damn many extra mechanics to make it even harder. Its obnoxious and i dont even enjoy playing it.
@@RayTheomo I did play Lies of Pi a few weeks ago and thought it wasnt that hard. Still I didn't know the were nerfed so I dont know if they used to be harder, but compared to souls bosses I thought it was easier. Especially compared to Bloodborne.

Well, I hope in the second one, the studio will be able to work with a nice team of writers to help them formulate a better story or perhaps find a better way to get voice acting direction in the game. I kind of disagree and agree with the environment criticism Charlie had. Feels repetitive but at the same time, I suppose it does take place in like around Egypt, Sinai peninsular, Levant region. So... in a way it makes sense. Of course, doesn't really justify desert being the main biome for about 60-70% of the game.
I don't mind the desert Biome. I just didn't like Canyon that much. The linear section are on another level though. I really like the level design of Stellar Blade

Honestly I enjoyed the side quest and side character stories more than the main story also feel like the main story was trying to hard to be like nier automata
70% is actually wild. He skipped so much side content that actually adds to the world and makes the game easier. Id hate the game too if I just bumrushed the story and was underpowered for 90% of it. Game is an easy 8/10. Only major complaint is the poorly written dialogue and bad story pacing. Everything else is a nitpick not worth detracting points for. He also never really used any of the combos in her kit but complained about combat when he just didnt use it well. Charlie is getting less and less trustworthy with his takes on games.
I noticed this too. Hardly watched him epecially with anything game related but always felt he had good takes in general, then I saw his "review" on dmc5 I believe it was. Since then I've noticed he's full of bad takes with games. He doesn't respect them and he's honestly not that bright with games in general. Guess that's why you don't go to streamers for game reviews.
