I'm pretty sure this show has done numbers from practically every musical production the Glee cast members have ever done. Matthew Morrison in Hairspray, Footloose, and Rocky Horror; Lea Michele in Rocky Horror (with Morrison might I add) and Les Mis; the list goes on
When I say I'm a glee fanatic, watched it all my life, watched this performance 100s of times.. and have NEVER EVER noticed puck in the background 😅 says it all really
Not really, as there was no one else appropriate to do Motormouth’s part. The only other racial minority in the club at this point was Asian with Tina and Mike. Puck and Rachel are religious minorities, and Kurt, Blaine and Brittany are sexual minorities. Mercedes was literally the only one that could do Motormouth’s part.
Everyone is clearly wearing purple... except Kurt. His shirt looks like it MIGHT have purple lines, but it's clearly different from pretty much everyone else.
Even when it's the same choreography as the rest of the cast, she and Mike are just that little bit more fluid and precise. It just looks better. At least in the original cast. Some of the folks they added in later years could really move. And Matthew Morrison.
