YES! Roderick killed that and his voice blended surprisingly well with Becca's in their duet part, then Laura was excellent in Chandelier, and we can't forget Samantha whose voice is absolutely stunning and deserved more credit
Okay but Roderick and Jane's blend of voice in Take Me To Church was stellar even though we couldn't see her for some of it, their blend was actually perfect 🤩🤩

I’m never gonna get over the fact that we only got like 6-7 chapters of this amazing characters and instead we had to see a whole season of some stupid love triangle of Marley, Jake and Ryder
I kinda liked Marley but I just didn't like how they put the spotlight on her instead of the seniors. Plus that whole love triangle thing was good at the first few episodes but after that it got boring. I did like Jake and Ryder
Wisegirl 2o I liked Marley, I liked Ryder until it was revealed the actor abused his wife (actress who played Marley irl) ik it doesn’t reflect the character, but it tainted him. Jake was a washed-up Puck, and Puck wasn’t even that good either.
I love when rachel and kurt are coaching the club you get a very diverse performance but when mr shue is coaching it you get journey and showtunes and give all the solos to rachel
I guess three years of nothing but solos one after the other made Rachel realize how much it made everyone hate her so she actually distributed them among at least most of the members
@@danielschmidt147 There was a girl in my choir who got all the solos. Not because she was the best but because her dad was best friends with the choir teacher. It pissed me off so much. You would think that the girls who won national championships would get some solos. Nope we apparently weren’t good enough. He got fired because many parents and students complained that he was biased.
Season 6 episode 9 is one of my favourite episodes of Glee simply because we got so much character development of the new cast and they really got to flesh themselves out.
At least the show managed to go out on a good note. Season 6 was the first time it was good in a while, imagine if it had been canceled after season 5 like it frankly completely deserved haha. The only redeeming quality in the entirety of both season 4 and 5 to me was the acoustic version of Let Me Love You by Puck's brother, which is one of my favourites of the series, but otherwise, oof. I agree that it would have been nice to spend more time with this much better cast, but I'm not sure I can trust that they would have been able to stick the landing if they went any longer than they did. As it is, I have nothing but fond memories of season 6, and I'm happy to leave it that way
@@luciehill277 Yes, it's Laura Dreyfuss, the original Zoey both off-Bwy & on Bway. Back before music streamed, theater kids bought cds (and cassettes, & records) and we studied them bc we had little other way to learn about the shows... so we used to all know every original cast. Back then everyone would have recognized Laura as the original Zoey as soon as her name came on the screen.
can I be honest? this is one of the best, if not the best, competition performance the new directions ever did. It was so beautiful, their voices are amazing, and Chandelier was iconic. really wish they gave the s6 newbies more space in the show.
I totally disagree. This type of performance is the opposite of what gave the original season and glee club its charm and made it likable. It far too choreographed and not even remotely believable of high school student.

Season 5 sucked and tbh most of the new cast did but I wish they did more with this cast. They actually had different story lines and personalities instead of season 4 and 5 where they kind of tried to make them like the og characters. Idk that’s just what it think
Zurina Lehre she made herself the best because she has a strong personality and endless passion , marciades for example she's as talented as Rachel but she's quite lazy and not as confident as Rachel or Kurt ,Santana has a great talent and strong personality but she's not as passioned as Rachel ,Rachel only cares about being a star unlike Santana who cared about her girlfriend more ,Rachel is annoying indeed ,but she deserves to be respected and appreciated for her talent passion and for her strong personality
Zurina Lehre i didn’t like her character at first but she was one of the best singers of Glee, that girl could sing. She had a voice made for Broadway (not pop, most pop singers are performers anyways tbh, most aren’t singer singers.)

The season 6 generation had better voices and storylines than the 4-5 generation. And I also feel that even Kitty’s voice was better in season 6 than season 4-5. I liked the second generation, but the third generation was just better
Imagine if we got season 6 and finish it with 7 with them build to them more then 13 episodes. And have Rachel and Kurt run the glee club longer. I think season 7 had potential
This song Take Me To Church, gives me chills and goosebumps, idk why. It’s one my favorite songs, so powerful! OMG Chandelier was fantastic!!! There’s always one person that doesn’t agree though. 🤦♀️
I’m annoyed that we didn’t have more of this cast because they tried to make the season 4-5 cast too much like the og season one crew. But all these character brought something new to the mix and it is a real shame we only got like 11 episodes with them
I’m telling y’all, if glee ever got rebooted, this should be the cast and just have will and Sam from the original cast since they work at McKinley. It should start the next year after they won Nationals and not in the year it gets rebooted.
If they wanted to bring back some originals, have like Tina and Kurt be teachers, and also Artie, and he could be a computer teacher/movie maker as well. Blaine would be there too since him and Kurt are married.

I love how Rachel and Kurt are supposed to be in charge of those kids and are surprised and happy when they see Spencer with his hurted leg just swinging in that chandelier instead of being concerned about him also how they do nothing to stop Myron
That Myron kid ruined the episodes he was on. Now she has transitioned and plays one of the main characters in the new Saved By the Bell. Josie Tota, I think, is her name.

Yesterday was the actor who played Roderick’s birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOAH GUTHRIE! Roderick was hands down one of the best male singers in all of Glee! He has such a great voice!
